Super delicious chicken kebob - juicy, flavorful, and fresh. Every item on the menu came as described, and we were lucky to catch the dancer come on Friday night. Will definitely be back!

I was there with Ahmad who left a 1 star review. Let me add some facts as a response to David, the rude worker responding to our reviews.1. There isn't an online menu, I just checked, their website says "coming soon" so you lied about that. 2. The gratuity isn't mentioned anywhere, nor do they inform you before hand. We have no problem leaving a 20% gratuity if it's deserving. And mandatory gratuity is very presumptuous, is the restaurant thinking parties of 6 or more don't leave tips? 3. We didn't share the hookah with 6 people, only 2 other people at the table wanted to take a single puff just to try it out and we weren't even allowed to do that.4. I must repeat that the food is mediocre at best and overpriced.5. It's an Arabic restaurant with no Arab speaking waiters, the waiter's knowledge about Arabic culture and Arabic food is nonexistent.6. The attitude of David is totally unacceptable, you can clearly see it from his aggressive and disrespectful responses to bad reviews.7. The bill was indeed over $300 total with taxes and the mandatory 20% gratuity. Also, I want to really emphasize to anyone reading this, regardless of the situation, the restaurant's responses to bad reviews, the attitude, the mockery, the disrespect, it really shows. Just read David's responses. David T does not apologize for anything or try and make it right. BRAVO DAVID!!! You are the last person who should be the customer service guy responding to Yelp reviews for this restaurant... you are not helping the situation.David, as far as Tips go, they are never mandatory or guaranteed, tips are given for good or great service. It's not a part of the bill!

What a GEM to have in Costa Mesa. Delicious food, great hookah, and management is spot on. We went here once and immediately asked for a dinner party reservation for my girlfriend's birthday a few weeks later. Love their hummus and falafel. Good selection of wines and prosecco. The Mazaya Love Hookah is also spectacular. Note: Service is very..."leave you along unless you need something". Wave down a server when you need something.

Holy moly you guys! Definitely found a hidden gem in Costa Mesa! Cute vibe the food is freaking delicious! 10/10 And the best hookah. They don't serve any hard, alcohol just beer and spirits. Which is fine. Our server, Tommy was friendly and attentive. My husband and I had the best time

Bei is a great option for authentic Lebanese food. The restaurant has an intimate, romantic vibe. Since it's on the smaller side and parking is very limited, I recommend making a reservation and arriving early. Thankfully, we were able to walk in and get seated within ~15 minutes. The restaurant offers complimentary pita chips with a sesame based dipping sauce. I've never had that at other Mediterranean restaurants, so it was a nice surprise. We tried the falafel which was pretty standard and served with tahini sauce. We really enjoyed the Bei combo platter! It was the perfect portion size to split between two people. The platter comes with lamb chops, chicken, kofta, steak, rice, salad, hummus, garlic paste, and yogurt sauce. My favorite was the steak and kofta.For dessert, we tried knafeh which is a traditional Mediterranean dessert with sweet cheese. This was my first time trying knafeh and it was unlike anything I've ever had. I love cheese and pastry desserts, so this was a great discovery. I definitely recommend ordering this dish if you've never tried it before.

Best authentic Lebanese food In Orange County! Everything is 5 stars from the food, the service, the ambiance. You can tell so much love and detail went into this restaurant. Have tried many items on the menu and everything is great! Don't skip the bei appetizer sampler! You get try a variety of items! Been here a hand full of times and will be back soon.Thanks Bei!

This was our second time and the experience was just as good! Bigger group who couldn't decide what we wanted so our waiter, Tommy, suggested platters. Wow! We loved it all!

Okay, if you're looking for a spot with a gorgeous ambiance and amazing food, you have to check out Bei!! Truly feels like you're stepping right into Lebanon because everything is so authentic. Highly recommend the cold mezze dishes like fresh hummus and baba ghanoush that are just SO GOOD and fresh, and then the hot plates like kibbeh and sambusik that are perfect for sharing (great portion sizes here).For entrees: the grilled meats. They do kofta, lamb chops, ribeye, chicken... every single bite is packed with flavor/perfectly cooked!! That kofta though!!But back to the ambiance: you sit inside a glass-enclosed patio that's super cool and gives off this chic, cozy vibe. Perfect for date night or with friends or just anytime you want to feel a little fancy without breaking the bank. Cannot WAIT to come back to Bei!!!

Get the platter ! Flavourful and juicy. First time here with a few friends to celebrate a bday and was surprised that they had live entertainment-Anthony was amazing ! Great for date night or dinner with friends.
