Our family always order the Original and the Secret Sauce combo and enjoy it every time!Service is always quick with professional staff to take calls and to inform the wait time for my order. My kids enjoy coming in for the large clean atmosphere Our Family always looks forward to our meals from BBQ Chicken specifically at this location since the oil makes the biggest difference when it comes to Delicious, Freshly Made to Order Fried Chicken!

I wish there was a 0-star system for the poor business philosopy and customer service. Customer service goes a long way, and sadly, this place has lost a good customer.I've been a loyal customer of this location since it first opened, frequently placing orders averaging $150-200 each month because my students love the chicken. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have made me stop doing business with this location.My most recent issue began with a problem in a previous order. The radish container wasn't sealed properly, causing it to leak and ruin one of the large boxes of boneless chicken. When I called the restaurant, they told me that they would issue a credit for the damaged box so I let it go.Last Friday, however, things took a turn for the worse. This time, the bowl lid of ddeuk-bokki wasn't shut properly and the red sauce ruined my embroidered designer jeans and the leather seats of my Lincoln as I was picking up the bag from my car! I called the restaurant and was told the manager wouldn't be available until Sunday. The girl at the counter said she would leave a message.Instead of a promised call, I received a text the following day offering me a free ddeuk-bokki which was "approved" by the manager. It politely explained that the "offer" would expire in a month. Mr. Manager at bb.q Chicken, I don't need a free ddeuk-bokki. What I was expecting was a phone call and a sincere apology as promised instead of a quick fix via text. I texted back saying that I was seeking a genuine apology and improved customer service, but received no reply.I've always supported local businesses, but I'm truly disappointed by how I've been treated here. Additionally, they're extremely stingy with basic items like utensils and carryout bags. For an order meant to feed 20 people, I had to almost beg for chopsticks or forks. If I forget to ask, they don't even put some napkins with your order. The spill could have been avoided if they hadn't packed three large boxes of chicken and a big bowl of ddeuk-bokki into a single, overstuffed bag.

I typically always enjoy bb.q chicken so I wanted to show my new coworker what it's about after the gym yesterday. It is my first time coming to this location. Space is big & clean. The inside is much better than the entrance lets on.Let's start with service because that's the biggest reason I wouldn't recommend this location. As I'm ordering the wings, the cashier just kept saying "...and?" with so much attitude after each item so I didn't want to order more than two flavors and opted for waters instead. She was also very rude to my coworker and rolled her eyes when he requested some napkins since we didn't get ANY. And she kicked us out after the food was ready, saying they're already closed when Yelp said they were still open for 20 more minutes perhaps they need to update their time on here, but we didn't argue and just left. The owner of a different shop in the plaza was kind and let us eat on their outdoor benches even though they were closed.When it comes down to food, it was quite standard & decently tasty, but our orders of wings came with drumsticks too ‍ We got kicked out so fast, we couldn't even say anything. The cheese flavor is much better at Witch's chicken in DTLA.

Food:The wings were crispy, hot, and packed with flavor. You can really tell the quality of the chicken. There is a bit of a wait for them to be made but that's how you know they're being cooked fresh. Service:The staff was also really nice and considerate, checking in on us regularly. They also provide gloves if you don't want to get your hands dirty while eating. Ambiance:The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The K-pop music playing in the background added a fun vibe.

Decided to stop by right before a movie showing at Puente Hills Mall. This location is on the smaller side and has about 3 tables that can sit about 2 people each. It is a self order kiosk and ordering went by smoothly. We were served by an old gentleman and he check on us to make sure the meal was going well! I'm always satisfied with bbq chicken and its consistency over all the locations I've been too. Not sure if I was starving but it just hit different that day. I'm still thinking about the chicken now as I'm writing this review. Coming back next time before another movie showing!

BB.Q Chicken is a fantastic spot for some of the best fried chicken around! I ordered food for pickup, and it was packed beautifully in a to-go box, making it easy to enjoy at home with my party. The chicken was absolutely amazing--crispy, flavorful, and easily one of the most impressive fried chickens I've ever had. While the quality is top-notch, the price is a bit on the higher side, so keep that in mind. Also, be sure to plan ahead when ordering because the wait can stretch up to 30 minutes, but it's well worth it for this delicious treat!

So delicious Korean fried chicken.The best flavor for me is the Honey Garlic boneless chicken! It pairs so well with the chicken. It's not too sweet and not salty. I tried the Golden Original boneless. It was ok. I like that it's not salty and has a really crispiness to it. The chicken itself is smaller pieces than the other flavors, which I don't get. Not worth the price if the chicken pieces itself is smaller than other chickens with different flavors. I also got Galbi boneless. It was ok. It had a flavor that I didn't particularly like. I went to the walnut location and the chicken pieces there are bigger than here. Overall, good delicious chicken!

Food was good but service was ehh , store window and online said closes at 9:30 but the cashier or server was in rush to tell us that the store closes at 9 at 8;45 with a little attitude to me or maybe i might be a little sensitive. Not to be mean to them but think the hours of operations should be updated to let customers know instead of having these misunderstandings.

We got there at 830 and the cashier, Kelly, was giving us attitude. We felt like we were being rushed and she had a callous demeanor as we ordered. We gave a tip thinking that we would be able to dine in, however we were told after we paid that they would have to prepare our order to-go because they close at 9 and that if we were still their eating by 9, we would have to leave.

The food was great, but unfortunately the service tonight was extremely poor. The cashier had an attitude and we felt like we were being rushed while we were ordering, even though the store closes at 9:30 pm and we ordered at around 8:15 pm. We also thought we'd be able to dine in so we left a tip, only to be told after the matter that we can't dine in once it's 9 pm because they're closing and received our food to-go. Once we got our food, the order was also wrong - we ordered boneless wings and got bone-in. We usually have a good experience at this location, so this was really unfortunate.
