The customer service was nice. The young girl at the register helped me with recommendations. The tall boy was very attentive and continuously asked if we needed anything else. The food on the other hand was amazing. This was my first time trying this. The secret sauce boneless wings 10/10. It's so savory. The cheesling fries were good but a bit too powdery, regardless you can just shake it off. I like the flavor, I wish they had a spicy option. The gangnam chicken wings were good. Certainly not my favorite in flavor but my partner loved it. Out of all the korean chicken places I have tried, this one is my favorite! Will definitely come back.

I was not expecting the chicken wings to be juicy but wow did they blow me away! They fried the chicken to a crisp and when you bite into it there's a nice crunch and the chicken is very tender. We ordered on Christmas Eve and the service was great! Ordered online and the estimated time was accurate. Honey Garlic wings 5/5 no complaints here! Not sure why it's called BB.Q, because there's no grill in sight, but hey, who needs logic when the fried chicken is this good? It's Korean fried chicken, and while it's not the best KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) I've ever had, it's definitely solid enough to make the regular rotation. Conveniently located on my way home from work, it's a perfect stop for a quick meal without having to deal with traffic.I usually grab a whole Spicy Original fried chicken (crispy, juicy, spicy, you know the deal) and some Ddeok-Bokki for the kids-- Satisfying enough to keep in the weekly lineup, even if it won't win any culinary awards. But hey, it's fulfilling and convenient, unlike my ex!

Korean Fried Chicken! So happy this place is close to home. We like the boneless secret sauce and sweet potato fries. Parking is plentiful and it's next to an 85 degrees. The Ddeok-Bokki with cheese is da bomb. Happy Yelping!

I loved the food, the perfect crisp and the vibrant flavors. The service was amazing and they were so kind. The experience was great I loved the feel and the mood of the restaurant. If your looking for some really top notch chicken and also looking for the best service ever, bb.q Chicken is the place to go. Highly recommend.

Love thier food soooo good but don't be in a rush when you order. They take thier time. But it's worth it.

Wanted fried chicken and heard this place was good. So, I tried four different flavors. Got the honey garlic, soy garlic, gang nam style, and original wings along with 2 curly fries, 2 corn salads, and a side of white rice. I have to admit, all were so flavorful, saucy, crunchy, juicy, and perfectly fried. Can't go wrong with curly fries. I could have done without the corn salads. It was like a cold coleslaw.Want to give a shout out to AERIEL and KHOA!!! Both provided amazing service. Super helpful, friendly, personable, and fun. Made dining there an experience. They definitely deserve a raise. Only writing this review because of my experiences with the two. I would definitely come back.

Great and solid food. Consistently delicious! I got the half golden chicken (8 pcs) and it was exactly what I was looking for. Came with a side of pickled radish too.

The two guy servers were phenomenal made me and my boyfriend's first time and night to remember will definitely come back bc of the experience and the food was delicious too. Good music very clean and fun upbeat vibes.
