BB Mongolian BBQ

I recently discovered BB Mongolian BBQ with my boyfriend, and I'm so glad we did! It's conveniently located close to home, which makes it even better. I was pleasantly surprised to find that two boxes of meats were only $20, including tax--my bf and I were shocked since we pay more at the Mongolian at the mall! It's a deal!The selection of vegetables and meats was impressive. My food was not only delicious but also packed to the brim. What really caught my eye was the variety of other options they offer, like ramen, sushi, and boba. I can't wait to go back and try everything!The two workers who assisted us were incredibly friendly, adding to the overall great experience. I definitely plan on returning!

The ice cream is gone. The prices went up and the customer service is a hit or miss. I last went on Friday at 8pm, an hour before closing. I picked 2 meat boxes and loaded up on white onions and mushrooms. My husband piled on the noodles and while I was putting the DIY sauces in the bowl I knocked over the noodles. The gentleman behind the counter said he "should charge [me] an extra $4" for the noodles. Upon ringing us up he did not charge me the extra $4, so I tipped him for being nice. While cooking I noticed that all my noodles that had fallen over on the tray were put aside to be thrown away. I wish I knew he was being passively aggressive and asked me while ringing it up, because I'd rather have paid extra than to waste it out of spite. Majorly bummed because even with the raise in prices, it was hard to find one local to where I live so I kept going. Might be a while til I return, the low carb Mongolian albeit delicious, has left a sour taste on my tongue. Anyone have suggestions for Mongolian, send it my way. Much appreciated!

It was ok, nothing extraordinary. Service was ok. The lady seemed impatient,The food just lacked seasoning. I guess every Mongolian place is different, so if you haven't eaten here before you may want to add more seasoning

Great healthy food options, good value for money, friendly service, highly recommend their pork and chicken mixture with noodles.

This place is amazing. Ever since my boyfriend and I discovered it we have been returning customers for years now. You start off picking your meat choice (or you can opt for non) and they have plenty. You then grab your noodles and place whatever veggies you want. Some days I feel healthier than others so I put a lot or none if I just want all the noodles!!! Next they ask you what sauces you want and if you want spicy. The spice definitely hits.

As good a Mongolian BBQ meal as I've had anywhere. It's a hole-in-the-wall place at a strip mall, so a better atmosphere couldn't be expected. The price is perfect at $15.75.

Good choice of veggies and I like that the meat is packaged separately. I like to add my own choice of sauces, but they do not allow that now. My meal was tasty, and not too salty. Their price has been higher every time lately, but it's higher everywhere.

Still in disbelief at the service. We've come here many times and enjoyed the food and service in the past. However, the most recent time we went I asked for a napkin while we were still getting our food because my hands got wet from the frost on the prepackaged meat. The lady proceeded to tell me that she wouldn't give me a napkin before we paid and that I shouldn't be touching the food without tongs. I clarified for her that I did NOT touch the food but just had some moisture on my hands from the meat container, but she kept giving me the guilty treatment. I hate to stop coming here because we really enjoyed our previous visits but this really left a bad impression. I hope they rethink accusing customers of things that never happened and just hand over a napkin for goodness sakes...

This is a self serving location, but I was adding the vegetables and noodles to my bowl the owner gave me an attitude. I was just serving what I am supposed be paying for and he made remarks at me. Very rude.I won't come again.
