Decided to try Bay Poke after reading mixed reviews about the place and I can verify that it got the job done! The food tasted great- I would order with more sauce because there was so much food that more sauce would make it better! I was given a generous amount of food and toppings. I paid $15 for a two scoop bowl plus tip. The service was very quick and friendly. The ambiance is nothing special and just very lowkey. I will definitely come back to try their drinks and get poke again!

The food was okay but the service was shit.I stood and waited for this guy to finish filling orders 20 minutes Girl walks finished the orders and then automatically start helping the girl. I said you forgot. I was standing here for 20 minutes. And he says oh, after he's already making her bowl. Oh yeah, I'll make yours. I said no. Finish making hers. And then he would not take a bill larger than $20. O, they will get my business again.

I decided to stop by Bay Poke & Tea House before a nearby concert, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The restaurant itself is old, small, and cramped, with only a few tables available if you're lucky enough to find one open. The service was a big miss. The server didn't seem interested in assisting us at all. What really threw me off was the extra charge for salmon--$3.50 per scoop! I ordered a small bowl, which came with two scoops, so that's an additional $7 on top of the $14 base price. This seemed bizarre to me, especially since salmon is a staple protein at most poke places. What made the experience worse was the server's attitude. When I asked about the extra charge, she curtly replied, "It's on the paper," referring to a handwritten note on the glass. I understand it's my choice to pay for the extra, but the attitude wasn't necessary. After adding my toppings and sauces, the total came out to be roughly $46 for two salmon bowls. I've never encountered a poke place that charges this much for salmon, and for that price, I expected the best. Instead, the salmon was not fresh and had a slight fishy flavor, which was very disappointing.Given the high cost and the poor quality, I would not return to this place, nor would I recommend it to others. Very disappointing experience overall.

They charge extra for any salmon now, an extra 3.50 per scoop. Don't love that, staff didn't know why either

The workers are super nice, the food is super pleasant, and it was my go-to for lunch during work. Until I saw the sign of their new policy to up-charge scoops of salmon an extra $3.50 EACH. A small bowl is already $14 by itself, so that's $21 for my usual now.Be nice to the workers if you feel the same way too, since it is not their fault. Unfortunately, I also won't be coming back.

This is my favorite Poke spot right by my house! They serve up generous portions of fresh seafood and delicious toppings. I recommend ordering ahead for a quick and easy pick-up. They always seem to be busy, and it's easy to understand why! Plus, their boba drinks are super yummy too!

The staff was very nice and the serving is decent. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I feel like $22 for a medium bowl is quite expensive for the amount you get. Other than that great poke. The store is along the side of the road so you have to park in the neighboring parking lot which is for the chase bank. There's very little indoor sitting as well.

Ordered the large bowl and I was impress on the amount of imitation crab and toppings they gave me. I also requested extra ginger and received a generous helping of ginger in my bowl. I got ahi tuna and octopus in my order.. the fish tasted great but wish I got more sauces in the bowl. I would certainly come back to try the many sauces they offer. The customer service was great but the only bad thing is that you have to park in the parking structure to gain access to the restaurant. Other than that, I would recommend stopping by.

Been coming here since 2021 ever since I moved to the area and was my go-to poke spot due to its proximity however I went in earlier today and saw that there was a new policy of an additional $3.50 for each scoop of salmon which is kind of unheard of at any poke place I've been to considering salmon is the main fish. It's a shame I may need to start coming here less often now due to the price hike - a small poke bowl that's only 2 scoops should not be $22 (1 salmon + 1 shrimp + avocado)
