Bake & Che

Loved the food, I ordered a Pandan Grass Jelly with light sweetness. The grass jelly had no flavor but that's just how grass jelly is. The milk was slightly sweet and really good. It was more of a textural dessert than a flavorful one, but overall I loved it!The place itself had lots of seating and it was completely full on a Friday night. I don't have much to say about the service since I ordered on the self order machine, but the staff seemed really nice and helpful. Super nice ambience of the store and nice place to hang out on a late night.

I stopped by for the lunar new year promotion and got another house special chè. It has improved a lot and is pretty good now. Better than Chè Hien Khanh who started adding heavy cream/half and half to their chè which I can't eat. Lots of toppings and more variety like more jellos, mung bean, red bean, peanuts, and other delicacies. Not a lot of ice so it was pretty filling.Staff is nice and no wait on a Wednesday afternoon.

Amazing Vietnamese desserts! I visited Westminster and had to try them out given the stellar reviews. We actually went twice because it was so amazing the first time around. We loved the Che and the taro cake! The taro cake was so fresh and not overly sweet. I have to mention the flan cheesecake as being one of my favorite. Cheesecake and flan? Perfect combination! The desserts are so unique and such a treat! We took an entire box of 12 cakes onto the airplane for family and drives! I'll be coming back when I visit SoCal again.

After dinner, I was craving something sweet and decided to check out Bake and Che. I was excited to try a few of their baked desserts and the Pandan Grass Jelly che. Unfortunately, they were out of several baked options, including the Palm Sugar and Durian Pandan desserts, which was a bit disappointing. However, I tried the cassava and taro desserts, and they were excellent--just the right amount of sweetness without being overwhelming.The shop itself is adorable, with a clean and modern vibe that's inviting and cozy. While their baked selection was limited during my visit, the che options really stand out. If you're a fan of che, this is definitely the spot to go!

My 1st time at Bake & Che. Traveling on a business trip, I had the weekend to explore little Saigon and decided to try the Che here and I got the house special with no durian and peanuts. It was so good. Loved it. Only regret not trying the flan. I will definitely go back if I'm in town again.

We stopped by to satisfy a sweet craving, but the che and desserts were just okay. I was hoping for more--they weren't as chewy / soft as I expected and leaned more on the dense side. That said, they did taste better after being microwaved.The dining area was clean and well-lit, and the cashier was extremely nice, which made the visit pleasant. I might give it another try if I'm in the area.

Probably the best che you can get here in the Anaheim area. The service was great and my che came out pretty quickly even though there was a huge crowd. This spot seems to be busy no matter what time in the day it is, so expect a wait to order. Also, there's a rewards system here so to all my che lovers, go!House Special: So many flavors and so delicious! The fresh durian really hit the spot and I'm glad it didn't overpower the dessert as well. They also add nuts to this drink, which gave it a different taste between bites.

I'm so glad we were able to try this new dessert shop! I was looking for a spot closeby to our lunch pho spot and Bake & Che came up in walking distance. It was also recommended by the waiter at the pho restaurant we just ate at. They are located in a busy T&K Supermarket plaza along Bolsa Ave. The shop is small and has some tables inside to enjoy. It also has a restroom for customers. My family and I ordered the Pandan Grass Jelly drink and their Pandan Coconut jelly. The dessert (~$1.50) and drink (~$7) is slightly more expensive than a typical Vietnamese restaurant price, but it's definitely good quality. By the time we finished ordered, there's was a line of 5 people waiting. I would definitely stop by here if we are in the area again.

Jelly is pretty good, delicious. Good service, care customer,patient, nice to customers, nice atmosphere and decoration

If you're looking for a.place with stunning desserts to hang out..this is the place...and the ambient is great. Im hooked!!!
