super yummy gelato here! i love the yogurt one the most~ it's perfect when paired with a fruity flavor, i recommend raspberry!! we also loved the sweet cream which tasted very milky and not very sweet, just how i like it! service is good, i feel like they're trying their best lol it's super hectic inside, esp when people are sampling flavors left and right but they manage to keep the line moving efficiently and orderly. there are a few tables to sit at inside but also plenty of seating outside to enjoy your gelato!

We had scoops of the Fragola (strawberry sorbet), pistachio, and caramello salato (salted caramel). There was a long line of people, but it was well worth the wait.It has the best pistachio dessert I've had on the West Coast. I like that it actually has pistachio on it as opposed to just flavored.The strawberry sorbet was refreshing and something I would want after eating a heavy meal.The saltiness from the caramel brought out the flavors very well, I always like when desserts have just a hint of salt.

The flavors and service here are great. I had Joel helping me and he was super helpful and really took the time to explain all the flavors and options.The store is super clean and nice.The flavors and textures are absolutely awesome and you definitely need to get a pistachio dipped cone.

A new gelato spot located at Irvine Spectrum near the movie theater. The interior decorations are very modern and made it feel spacious. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options available. They are able to move the line very quickly as there are multiple people taking orders and scooping the gelato. I was a little bit skeptical because authentic gelato is not usually stored out in the open, but the quality was not bad for what it was. The price is definitely on the higher side, but it feels like a lot more than it looks as you're eating it. The flavors are strong and the texture is soft, but you definitely have to be willing to spend a little bit more to try it.

I never stop by gelato joints in plazas because I just assume they're tourist/shopper traps... but boy was I wrong about this one!!!!!!I keep coming back..Best gelato in oc hands down.The cone is so good and fresh even at 10pm lol. I'm always let down by ice cream shops and their homemade waffle cones that always eat soggy or soft.. not here!!Every flavor I try is so good I just come back to get different flavors!The best so far have been the pistachio (not the mousse) and the acai white chocolate!!!Don't sleep on this place!

1/18/2025A welcomed addition at Irvine Spectrum! According to the employee, they opened 2-3 months ago. ORDERED the Crema Torino and their seasonal Tiramisù Double Mascarpone on a Ciocchino sugar cone with nuts. The Crema Torino tasted like Ferrero Rocher. Very creamy too! The Tiramisù Double Mascarpone did taste like a tiramisu, but with a little less coffee flavor. Still delicious though. Highly recommend the Ciocchino sugar cone or waffle cone with nuts for your next gelato experience! It's indulgent and delicious! CUSTOMER SERVICEI was not greeted when I walked through the door. There were 3 workers there and nobody even looked up. Then when it finally came to my turn to order, nobody even cracked a smile. There was no attitude, just not as friendly. Except for one worker who served me, the other two workers just ignored me, even when I made eye contact; looked down as they worked. To be honest, even Newport Bch location has the same problem. I think employers need to up their pay or hire someone who want to be there. I normally don't care if workers don't smile, as long as there's no attitude and no bad service, but boy did they all look gloomy! LOCATIONRight between The Alley and soon to open Pepper Lunch. The Regal Theater is also right next to it as well. Directly across Cucina Enoteca, Tendergreens, The Improv and Sprinkles.INDOOR & OUTDOOR SEATS AVAILABLEIt's a larger location than the Newport Beach location with many indoor and outdoor seats and tables. They have bar seats and tables for 2 indoors and also small tables outdoors as well. I love that Irvine location added more tables and chairs!BATHROOM Had to mention this, but there's a single, private bathroom at Bacio. Super clean and well organized. I appreciate a clean public bathroom like theirs!

Super happy to have this place at the spectrum! Their gelato is so good and creamy! I got the pistachio and tiramisu flavors. My fav was the tiramisu they also let you have samples so you can taste the flavors before buying, which is really nice!

I love that Bacio Di Latte is now open at Irvine Spectrum since it's closer to home. I love their aesthetic, and the lines were not as long when I went on a Friday night. The line only takes long because customers are asking for samples before deciding what they want. I opted for a waffle cone regular (2 scoops). The flavors I got were Mousse di Pistacchio and Crema Torino. The worker who helped me out was friendly and even added the pistachio topping on top of my ice cream scoop. The gelato is creamy and full of flavors. I love the flavors that I picked out and it was not too overpowering. Overall, this is my new to go dessert spot whenever I'm at the Irvine Spectrum!

I really wanted to try this place, but the line was super long! Today, I went and the there was no line!The 3 chocolate was very strong chocolate flavor and it was good!I enjoyed the peanut butter flavor a lot and there was chucks of chocolate and peanuts.The giant chocolate chip was pretty good. It was soft and crispy at the same time and it had hints of sea salt.

I usually visit the Newport location but this time I wanted to visit The one at Irvine.I love the image of the place, the decoration, the beautiful chairs and tables, the smell of waffle cones. But above all the Staff has all been friendly with me and my family, many samples and gelato better than in Italy. Joel, whom I recognized from Newport, was in charge of our experience.
