Awoolim Mix Mi

Located inside H mart. From the entrance head right. Tables and chairs available "for here". Service was friendly and informative. Place order at register and pick up on opposite window just left of the menu wall. Received order with little wait time. Udon tempura soup hit that spot for me. Honey got ox tail soup which came with rice and kimchi. Loved the broth flavor and udon noodles were perfect consistency. Tempura shrimp was nice and crispy. I appreciated they left it on the side to keep that crisp. Pickled daikon was that fresh crisp acidity to bring that harmony of texture and flavor. Enjoyed our first visit here. There was a nice buzz of customers who also found refuge here. Though sometimes with anyone there may be off days, I'm glad to see this group of people didn't give up! They pushed forward and made it better. Deserving of some grace while they're dishing out some good food. Would definitely return for a bowl of comforting goodness.

First time visiting the Super H Mart in Diamond Bar. They have 5 food vendors along the right side upon entry. I thought I offer my support and patronage to every single one of them. You read right. I came and I conquered in good faith on food LOL.Awoolim Mix Mi was my last stop. They specialize in rice bowls, katsu curry, and udon. They have spam musubi, too. I ended up getting the Monster Chicken Bop that comes with teriyaki chicken, rice, cabbage, and some kind of glass noodle plus a cup of miso soup. I wanted to try their spam musubi, but they ran out. Chicken was very tender and moist... so tasty especially with the rice. Cabbage and glass noodles were good, too. A great bowl all around. I would get it again. Btw, good portion for the price!Staff was friendly and nice. Service was fairly quick. Restaurant front set up was kind of odd though. There's a middle section that appears to belong to them, but there are arrows pointing you to the right side. Maybe they just didn't see a need for the elongated front and just use one side. Whatever works! Anyway, I'll be back to try their other bowls and their spam musubi the next time I'm in the Diamond Bar area. Happy Awoolim'ing!

There wasn't a line and plenty of seating. I went with a big group so we claimed some seats first and then ordered at the various restaurants in hmart. I got the gamjatang and it came fairly quickly. It came with a bunch of rice, a big thing of soup, kimchi, and kimchi radish.

We went here after shopping at HMart. I got the Don Katsu Curry and my wife got the Seolongg Tang. Both were really bad. There was absolutely no flavor in either. It's hard to believe that the white rice it came with was also bad and dry. I mean, it's pretty hard to make white rice bad but they were able to achieve this. We also asked for 2 cups of water but they only sell overpriced bottled water which is weird since you can literally just go into the supermarket and pay 1/3 the price which is what we did. We definitely won't come here again especially since there are decent places to eat steps away if you walk into the plaza

02/23/24 located inside Hmart in LA. Stopped here to check out Hmart. Quick dinner. Ordered donkatsu curry and chicken katsu curry. Pretty good! Came with soup...little on the bland side but it went down well since it was a little chilly outside. Staff was nice. Some tables to sit and dine. Happy eats!!

Nice cashier lady and food comes out quickly. Nothing we've had was mind-blowingly good but their food is comforting and fills me up.

not order the soups this was the container that had the noodles for thr soup and it was only half full it was like 2 or 3 bites of noodles thats crazy and you can't get a refund and the manager is only here in the morning which most people are at work at that time he/she must be hiding since they know they arw scamming people 12 bucks for 4 thin slices of meet and 3 bites of noodles never had this happen. I don't blame it on the ladys that work there she said everything is already pre portioned so its definitely the owner! They know what they are doing! And getting away with it since the ladys can't refund without the manager

This place has always been our go to place for a quick fix that is fresh and delish!Food 5 stars variety of options for just about everyone to choose from!Service 5 stars friendly and attentive!Ambiance 5 stars organized and clean!Parking 5 stars plenty of parking spaces!

Stopped in here for a quick lunch while shopping and ordered a K-POP BULGOGI BOP which was pretty good! Came with a side of miso soup and delicious kimchi. It was a fairly large portion of food and I'd say worth the $15 + tip I spent. Thank you!

We ordered their hungry donny bop (kind of like a katsu don) and their mool neng myun. The Donny pop was on the sweeter side, but some people like it like that. Personally, we would've preferred it less sweet, but it was still decent. I liked that it came with a miso soup too. The mool neng myun was refreshing and different for me. It was my first time having a korean cold dish noodle. I liked the radish and cucumbers in the dish for a nice crunch. Portions were generous. The lady working was very sweet, and offered me extra bowls for my toddler too.
