This place lives up to its name. Let me explain:Eating here is truly like going to auntie's house. Family members are sitting at a table on their devices. Our orders were taken by an 8 year old kid, and he also brought our dishes out. At some point during our meal, the siblings sitting at the table began fighting, and ran towards the kitchen where mom was to snitch on each other. I mean, where else can you feel like you're at someone's house, while actually in a restaurant? The food: We went with a few familiar items. Chicken fried rice without any veggies or scallions. It wasn't bad. Not many pieces of chicken but flavor was good. Beef chow fun was also good. It didn't have that high heat wok taste we crave and some of the beef pieces were tough. Fish and black bean sauce with chili. I'm not sure where the chili's were because it wasn't at all hot, but the flavor was good. Roasted pork with ginger and scallions was our experimental dish, and wasn't what we expected. These are actual pieces from a whole roasted pork, with crispy pork skin stir fried. Some pieces of the pork were tender, some were just full of fat. The crispy skin were tough. I can imagine that's how chewing rawhide would be like. This dish is very heavy and hard to finish. With all the pros and cons of this restaurant, I still give them a 4 because it's undoubtedly a family run restaurant and I love supporting small businesses. Go support them. The prices are more than reasonable and the food isn't bad at all. Their BBQ items look really good. They're nice people and if you're lucky, you get to catch the siblings arguing.

I was in the area for a football game and wanted to get some Chinese food. Ordered the shrimp dish. I was surprised at how small it was. It weighed nothing and portion was so small. Never coming back.

Auntie Kitchen is pretty solid, I would definitely say one of Baldwin Park's hidden gems for Chinese food. It's in the same plaza as the Subway, Starbucks, and Dollar Tree, so there's plenty of parking. There's actually three locations for Auntie Kitchen, one in BP, one in El Monte, and another in San Gabriel. This place is relatively small but with a good menu, good prices, and great portion size. It's family-owned, so you'll see the same family who will be helping you. My family and I like to order the Wonton Soup for $8.50 and Chow Mein for $10.99 with a choice of protein (e.g., shrimp, beef, bbq pork, or pork). They also have milk tea for $2.99. Overall, I would recommend it and I love that it is close to my place.

Their roast duck and cha shui is good, but sometimes they run out of stuff and ask you to substitute for something else you didn't order so thats not good. Pretty authentic chinese bbq spot though

All the food is made fresh to order. Looks and tastes amazing. We tried the eggs with shrimp and chives, the house special rice and the pork belly. The pork belly stood out to me because of the house sauce. Large portions and the ambiance was quiet and comfortable. The service was great and very accommodating. The food was steaming hot when it arrived and stayed warm the whole time we were there. There was so much food that we had enough for lunch the next day. We definitely recommend trying this little homemade place.

My housemates like to order to-go from here every so often. Quick and friendly service. Wide range of menu options to choose from and satisfies our cravings. The restaurant is a bit small but known for people ordering take out. We usually like to get different options here like veggie dishes, some sort of protein whether it be roast duck or pork and a noodle dish. You can't go wrong with that combination and it feeds at least 5-6 people! Their hainan chicken plate looks pretty good from pictures, I think that would be something to try next time!

Great neighborhood deli! It is hidden in the DollarTree & Starbucks plaza. We ordered the wonton noodle soup, 2 items dry wonton noodles, salt & Pepper Shrimp, HK style riceroll, total tab was $40.I was extremely impressed with the Salt & Pepper shrimp ($14ish) it came with jumbo shrimp with heads on, perfect crispness, very generous portion compared to other sit-down restaurants; I think we got more than a dozen shrimp in the order. Mom's favorite was the roast duck in her dry noodle plater, it was seasoned just right, not too fatty, and very good quality! It is a family-owned restaurant, the owners were very friendly to all customers, a nice place to go for a health meal in BP!

Always close early without notification, came here couple time now and they are always close. Today I got here when their owners was walking out at 4pm. Told me that they are too tired and asked me to go somewhere else. Their food are not the best and there are many option around the area. I don't think I would be back.
