Really discusting. I had two badly baked pretzels. They only gave me one to replace. Adam did not resolve this issue.

Came in late at night and still got great service from Oz. I'm sure at past 9:00 he wants to get home - but still greeted my wife and I with a smile and made us feel welcome on our Sunday evening. Pretzels were good too - but it's Oz that inspired tge review.

My mom who is NOT fluent in english tried to order a pretzel and paid with cash. My mom misunderstood the worker when she told my mom, she needed to pay 5 cents more. She SNATCHED the pretzel bag out of her hand and said in a very aggressive tone, "its FIVE CENTS MORE", then rolled her eyes and SHOOK her head in displeasure. I watched this whole interaction from a few steps behind. I understand it is frustrating on the workers end to have a customer who is not fluent in English, but there is NO reason to be so aggressive and MEAN to a woman who is clearly confused and overwhelmed by this interaction. I will be contacting anyone I can at Auntie Anne's headquarters about this matter.

First, I would like the franchise's or corporate to give me a refund. My pic includes my receipt and date and time if you have more questions. Love all the other locations but first time here and it was bad enough that I will never return to any Auntie Anne's ever.#1 Blue lemonade smelled like URINE. Like old, downtown L.A. subway station urine! Maybe the ARTIC station is so clean, they had to have something in the station give visitors the typical public transport vibes. My poor kids drank half of it before I realized.#2 never seen such ugly, burnt, irregularly shaped nuggets in my life. And everything else in the case was darker, more burnt than this. See pic#3 they were out of regular pretzels?#4 good for the kid working but he had a massive hickie on his neck. But blue raspberry drink that literally smelled so strongly of PISS! I gag now at just the thought of Auntie Annes. Don't think I can go back. Ever.

This is probably the closest Auntie Anne's for me now.Bummed to find out that the Brea mall location has closed down. Not sure when.Remembered there was an Auntie Anne at the Artic transportation center and better yet, it's combined with the Pinkberry kiosk. So it's a win win for either myself or my kids. The only Pinkberry located around OC I've known to be open still. Sad I use to know 3 other location & those all have close down. The customer service is very friendly here. Andrew & Kitty help both assist mee. Wether if it's at Auntie Anne's or Pinkberry. They are so patient. The pretzel are all fresh and warm when received. Sour cream & onion is my hubs fav. My oldest likes the sweet Almond. The caramelize almonds gives it a crunch. My offer kids like the cinnamon sugar. This one is literally packed w sugar. They do have a special going on for 2 pretzel. The stores are located right when you enter the Artic. Plenty of parking available. Can either do a quick stop at the drop off zone. And run into grab the goodies. Or you can park in the parking area. It's free.My kids love going to go see the railroad stations. So I'd take them near to check u out the trains passing thru while enjoying our pretzel/Pinkberry yougurt. Download their app to earn rewards, Bday offers, promos and free pretzel for National Pretzeo Day.

So I must admit that I didn't drive all the way here and have my husband wait in the drop off area for me to run in just to get a pretzel - I instead had him do that so I could get Pinkberry since this is the only Pinkberry location in all of Orange County AND it happens to be Co-Branded with Auntie Anne's pretzel store - But when I walked in and saw the pretzels I knew I wanted one too and my family doesn't really like Pinkberry so I thought I'd get them some pretzels as a thank you for waiting in the car for me. This Anaheim location is located in the Anaheim Regional Transportation Center. Now I'm not sure the parking situation because my best tip is come with someone and you can just have them wait in the drop off area (there's a place for cars to wait for pick up and drop off right by the entrance if you enter in off of Douglass when you exit the 57fwy on Katella. So my husband waited in the car while I ran in and it was so easy because the store was located immediately to the left when you walk in the entrance - it's not like you have to go far into the transportation center or anything. The Auntie Anne's is paired with a Pinkberry frozen yogurt store where the same employees work at both and the Auntie Anne's is on the left and the Pinkberry is on the right. However, if you want to purchase something from both - even though you order with the same employee - you need to pay at 2 separate cash registers because they are 2 separate businesses. This wasn't a problem at 6:15pm on a Thursday because there was no line so I bought my Auntie Anne's pretzels first and then bought my Pinkberry immediately after however if there's a line you might need to wait but I was lucky and didn't have to.My favorite items to get here are the pepperoni pretzel and the pepperoni/jalapeño pretzel. I also like the cinnamon and sugar ones but since I was going to be eating in the car I thought that'd be too messy. I really liked how I saw them making pretzels fresh (even at 6:15pm on a Thursday!) and the pretzels tasted very fresh and warm which was nice.

So disappointing. This Auntie Anne's doesn't even come close to the one in the Brea Mall. We only came to this one because it was already 9:30pm. The pretzels we were given were for sure hours old and for some reason had a chemical aftertaste to them. I didn't even finish mine because it was gross.Definitely avoid this location. If it's late and you can't make it to the mall, I'd recommend Wetzels at Downtown Disney.

Auntie Anne's keeps canceling my order on Postmates! I really like their pretzels but for some reason they've stopped fulfilling my orders... Not sure why but I'm bummed out about it.

Date of visit: April 29, 2017FINALLY the ARTIC station is getting a couple of new businesses - Auntie Anne's and Pinkberry! Though they share the same kiosk, seeing how we had the Auntie's Anne's side, this review will be for them.I'd just arrived at the station after a longer than usual trip from Oceanside, and as a result my stomach was grumbling a bit. My lady told me that the Auntie Anne's had just opened, and seeing how she had a BOGO coupon for one of their original pretzels, figured we could use a quick snack. For $3.69, the original pretzel wasn't that bad. We both noticed that Auntie Anne's pretzels tend to be softer and more buttery compared to Wetzel's - and they're not as salty either. The pepperoni pretzels and pretzel-wrapped hot dogs also looked appetizing; I'll try these next time I get off the Metrolink or depart back to San Diego.

I'd been hesitant to post this review because I didn't want to reveal my "secret pretzel shop," but the staff here are so cool that I just had to "let-the-cat-out-of-the-bag."The craving for an "Auntie Anne's" hot, soft, buttery, salty, & slightly sweet pretzel grabbed onto me & wouldn't let go...plus I had a recent "birthday freebie" burning a hole in my pocket. I really-really-really wanted a pretzel, but given the current situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, there was no way I was going to step foot near a busy shopping center (nor anywhere else near large groups of people), --- which is where most "Auntie Anne's" pretzel shops are typically located. So...to satisfy the incessant craving & stop my tummy from growling even louder, I made the drive to Anaheim to my now favorite "secret" pretzel location.Unlike most, this particular "Auntie Anne's" location is not inside of a busy shopping center, but is instead hidden from plain view. Across the street from the HONDA Center, this "Auntie Anne's" is actually tucked away inside the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (aka, "ARTIC"). Because "ARTIC" is jokingly known around OC as the uniquely eye-catching yet practically empty train station that almost no one ever visits, this particular "Auntie Anne's" is actually the perfect spot to grab a quick treat with no crowds & no lines! SCORE!!! As expected, there was no one around except a couple of employees, a security guard, & two travelers with their luggage briskly passing through the building, so I was happily in-&-out with my bag of treats in no time. The only downer was that my pretzel was burnt, but their very kind & helpful staff gave me an extra order of their delicious pretzel nuggets - complimentary! Very cool! I've been to this exceptionally clean location a few times, & the masked/gloved staff have always been courteous & helpful. Although a bit of a drive (& I actually pass a few "Auntie Anne's" in OC on the way here), the customer service, ease of access, free & easy parking, & lack of crowds make the drive for a pretzel craving that won't quit totally worth it - especially during these times. I definitely plan to return! If you're craving an "Auntie Anne's" pretzel, but seeking a very clean & friendly location that's away from crowds with little-to-no wait time, check out the "secret" location inside "ARTIC." Just don't tell anybody...Shhhhhhhhhh...... ;)
