Atra Cafe

I stopped into Atra Cafe to grab a tea before an appointment in the same shopping center. The cafe is small, but very cozy and spotlessly clean. There are a few tables inside and they have a nice patio set up with tables and chairs outside which would be great in nice weather. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they have a nice selection of drinks. I chose the Lychee and Yuzu iced tea and it was unique, but I loved it. The tea had a great flavor, and I was happy to learn that you can order the tea with your choice of sweetness level. I don't drink sweet tea so I went with the lowest at 25% sugar and it was perfect. The tea didn't taste of just sugar. The lychee and yuzu really came through and to find a slice of lemon and a piece of lychee in the tea was a nice touch.My only disappointment that I am finding with other Asian tea shops is they don't offer caffeine free teas. Caffeine tends to bother my stomach and I prefer to go with decaf. It bums me out that I haven't found a tea place close by offering decaf as an option. If they do, all they have is mint tea, and I can do that at home.But I will go back to Atra, it is close to home, staff was helpful and friendly and the tea was delicious and refreshing.

Tried Atra Cafe twice and both times were great! Coffees 5/5: Panda and Corn were flavorful delicious! I love that it's strong (but not too strong) and not watered down. Service 5/5: Friendly and helpful staff! Ambiance 5/5: Love the aesthetic of this place, location is great and quiet with plenty of parking!

lowkey a hidden gem since i found this place scrolling through a lot of coffee & tea spots in OC! i got the oolong crema and when i tell you their cream top is nothing like i tried before, i mean it lol -- the tea flavor was strong and complimented nicely with their specialty sweet foam! 10/10staff & service was really welcoming and nice (seems like family-owned)ambience is good for studying as there is wifi on receipts and the interior is very aesthetic

$8 genmaicha tea with crema after taxNot worth the money. the crema tastes like sweetened cream, but the tea is pretty bland. I ordered and got my drink asap.I did ask for 0% sugar (later added 2 stevia myself), but if it was good quality tea, it would have more flavor than this :/ I didn't detect much nuttiness from being a part roasted rice drink. Pretty disappointed with this. When you sip the drink, the only thing that has flavor is the cream - even after 2 stevia.Service was quick. Would be ok to study/work since it wasn't too crowded, but I felt the music is a bit loud.

decent cup size and decent matcha - it's a cute space with a limited number of seats. The matcha is ok not anything amazing and not something i'd go out of the way for but it's a well price for the quality.

Hojicha crema - it's a sweetened tea topped with cream, much sweeter than I would have liked but if you've got a sweet tooth (like sweetened American tea) you'll love this! However, I didn't adjust the sweetness level so I would recommend going for 25-50% for more of the tea flavor bc the cream foam itself is sweetened.Love the vibes of this coffee shop, lots of tables inside and outside for studying and just hanging. Staff friendly and quick. There was a buy one get one 50% off when I went in December!!

My friend said she had a new coffee obsession! I guessed a few new places in our area and she said Nope. So she tells me where to find this place, I go the very next day. It's before 11am on a Friday, doors locked! But owner sees me and lets me in anyways (thank you!). I really liked everything about this place - but especially the staff here (who I think was maybe a family). The tip jar gave me a giggle "Saving up for college" or something like that. I can relate! OK so he highlights the Bogo promo so of course I got 2 drinks and he said the 2 I picked are their most popular. Coconut & Pandan Vietnamese Coffees. I absolutely loved them!!! The size and price were just right and the quality is excellent. Bonus that they were not overly sweet!I can't wait to return for the egg yolk and other flavors. Great location, wonderful ambience. YES! You can get free wi-fi and work at a cute table.

When I don't know what to order, I go with my tried & true...Jasmine milk tea. You can usually tell the quality of most tea places based off this drink alone since it's the base for lots of others. Not many have passed, but Atra's Jasmine milk tea is on point! Light floral notes without being overpowered by the milk. You can take the quality of the Jasmine tea. The customer service is friendly and great as well. I recommend getting light ice as it was still a good amount of ice.

The service was quick! They wasted no time making my drink and the vibe of the whole cafe is really inviting so the wait was not bad at all. On top of that the drinks are delicious, I'd come back since it's so affordable and they're coming out this good!
