For $5 an inari sushi, Atoyubu can feel on the pricier side but is actually very filling due to how much rice and protein toppings that comes with each piece. Personally, I would prefer less mayo/seasoning in the rice as the protein is already well-seasoned. Regardless each inari sushi is very tasty and I personally only need 2-3 to be full. 5/5 - Lemon pepper salmon, the sear goes crazy and I love the lemon seasoning!5/5 - Fresh salmon, your standard salmon sushi. I like that it's less seasoned and fresh quality fish.4/5 - Fresh ginger tuna, my sister wasn't a fan of the ginger even though it's in the name.4/5 - Spicy tuna, this one is actually pretty spicy but tasty! Be warned! Super happy to have a location nearby as I am a really big fan of the Buena Park location!

sooo excited this location is finally open, and it's closer to me!! lots of people order to go for pick up, we ordered on the kiosk and one of the staff walked my friend through all the options. fresh salmon 10/10spicy tuna 9/10crab? I forgot which one 7/10ginger tuna 5/10 everything was fresh except the ginger tuna? you can see in the picture how discolored the tuna is compared to the salmon and the other tuna flavor we ordered. not sure why the quality dropped off with this flavor, but maybe it's not as popular and less turn over? it was still alright, but thrown off by the color. spicy tuna uses buldak sauce verryyy spicy be warned!! $5/piece is a nice price, I could eat 3-4 and be satisfied! 2 would be a nice snack, they're very filling. will be coming back for the fresh salmon, the ginger tuna was disappointing, would suggest other flavors instead!

My boyfie and I have been wanting to try the Atoyubu location in Orange County .. but then they opened one litcherally a few mins away from home so we finally decided to try ! To start off Atoyubu is kinda hidden in the plaza.. you rly gotta LOOK for it since it's hidden all the way in the back. We ordered the spicy tuna, fresh ginger tuna, garlic butter crab, myungran crab, and grilled eel. I was a bit disappointed because they ran out of salmon by the time we got there D: My boyfriend loved everything but I personally didn't like it as much; I felt overwhelmed by the amount of rice in the tofu pockets and wish they gave more protein. Out of everything we tried the garlic butter crab was my favorite ! I do wish they offered non spicy tuna since the spicy was SUPER spicy (they did warn us but I was still curious) and I am usually a tuna girl but the only other option they had was ginger -- I'm not a fan of ginger. I'd come back to try their salmon, but was a bit disappointed coming for the first time. It was also kinda messy to eat and I'm someone who hates a mess while eating. The workers were so kind and helpful -- answered all the questions we asked! The price point for each of these were at around $5 so not too bad // amazing for this economy LOL. I'd come back but only for the salmon and mayhaps the crab. I hope they offer more tuna flavors soon!

Very delicious food! I'd definitely return to try other stuff. I loved spicy tuna (it was spicier than I thought but the employee did warn me), and fresh salmon. I wish I'd get myungran by itself without the crab though. The rice amount wasn't overwhelming. At around $5 each, 3 was a good amount for a meal. Employees were friendly. Restaurant was very clean. Service was fast. I don't really like parking in that plaza (weirdly drawn spaces, also small) but what can you do when you want good food.

I came in on a quiet Monday night and was greeted by the staff. The staff was helpful by assisting me order on the tablet and pointing out the most popular items on the menu. I ordered 2 things: the Creamy myungran and the grilled eel. There is also complimentary wasabi, soy sauce, and pickled ginger as well on the side. Creamy myungran: 4/5. Savory and creamy that went well with the sweet bean curd. I can taste they use Japanese mayo due to how rich the taste was. I did wish there was more roe on top for more bursts of flavor. Grilled eel: 5/5. I was impressed how much eel there was on top. The eel has some fattiness and there was a lot of smokey flavor from being grilled. The combination of sweet, savory, and smokiness makes this one my recommendation.

Atoyubu recently opened up a spot tucked away in this Diamond Bar plaza. I remember seeing the hype online regarding the Buena Park location a bit ago and was excited to finally try now that it's closer.Menu is simple. Sweet tofu skin pockets packed with rice and filling and whatever it's topped with is up to you! I ordered the Garlic Butter Crab and Lemon Pepper Salmon. Came out to around a little over 10 bucks. They both come torched on top. The Garlic butter crab was my preferred choice, the salmon was good as well, but I think I just prefer the flavor of raw salmon more, so definitely a lot of other more sushi like options to try next time! The toppings portion is quite generous and is not only just rice, it may seem like you need to order several to get full, but I think 2 can definitely do the trick.

Atoyubu will be your next lunch boo boo! It is located on the corner side of the plaza with plenty of parking. We came on a Friday, walking in we were greeted by a friendly smile. They reccomend 3-4 per person, we ended up getting 7 for the two of us. Probably could have eaten one more! The food took 5-7 minutes to make and it was super fresh! Our top favorites in order:Lemon pepper salmon Butter crab Spicy grilled eel (hella spicy)Spicy tuna (hella spicy)Fresh salmon Mguungean crabBulgogi All of them are super yum and beautiful presentation!! We devoured in 15 minutes.. sad it was over so quick. My favorite part was all the different flavors and how the rice for each were warm, soft and sweet. We rated the Buena Park very high for great tasting food. Go see the reviews in that location. And this one surpasses it not only because of the food and service but plenty of parking unlike BP. Imagine how happy we were to learn a location is opening closer to us! My son was the first ever customer when they had their soft opening last weekend. A family favorite!!!!

They're finally open!! Soft opening still but food looks and tastes as good as their Buena Park location. If you've been the past--you'll be excited for this location, way more parking than before! Great, friendly service from the staff. With awesome deco and seating, Atoyubu Diamond Bar will be a great lunch and dinner location for anyone stopping by!Note: they do still close between 2pm and 4pm to allow for staff to reset and prep for dinner service!
