Sorry for the terrible photos! I was not feeling well and didn't care to make it look all pretty lol So you get the raw footage haha I normally enjoy the jalepeno poppers at Arby's. But these jalepenos were huge! I mean the entire popper was jalepeno. And not enough cream cheese to cool it down for me. So, it was too much for my white self hahahaI also ordered some curly fries and those were crunchy and had good flavor. Those are really good, just not as good as Jack in the Box curly fries. There I said it. Jack's are better. Prove me wrong lolMy husband got the deluxe burger and the big cheesy bacon burger, and some mac and cheese bites. Oh, I stole a mac bite! Those are good when they don't over fry them and burn the outside. Food was pretty good for fast food. We also got condiments for all of our items.

Time for an update. I visit this Arby's maybe once or twice a month since it's out of my way. I can honestly say, they've never messed up my order, and they've been pretty consistent with how it tastes. Granted, I usually don't get anything fancy (like why in the world are they selling burgers?!?!) so short of giving me the wrong order, it would be hard to screw it up. Today I went through the drive-thru around 3:30 and before my card was swiped, my order was handed to me. Loved it. Like most places, the employees are hit and miss as far as attitude and pleasantness goes, but I've never felt like they were rude. I know there are better deals if you use the app to pay, and they always throw coupons into the bag. However, when I go, I usually forget I even had coupons, and the one time I used the app, I wasn't impressed. It's just faster to order the old fashion way, plus, I like to be spontaneous sometimes when looking at the menu in the moment. Looking through the coupons I just though, only a couple interested me so they wouldn't have really helped except maybe saving a $1. No biggie in my book as it's usually just me. Sadly, like all fast food in California, prices are skyrocketing, so if you're on a budget, definitely check out the app first and place your order ahead of time.

BRAVO ARBIES, you finally started listening to your customers, and for that I thank you so very much. Arby's has been pushing a meal deal promo and it finally puts Arby's back in line with fast affordable quality food. You need to use the app to buy from the $1, $2, $3 menu, but surprisingly I was able to get a beef n' cheddar, curly fries, a root beer, and mozzarella sticks for $7 bucks! Regarding the poor customer service on my last visit, this Arby's location was completely redeemed by Jesus at the drive-through. Great interaction, and literally a redemption for my long missed favorite fast food place since I was a kid. Thanks for picking up the slack Arby's, welcome back to my life.

I know times can't be easy for Arby's but giving people 50% less meat on all their roast beef sandwiches is so messed up. In the commercial they literally say we have the meats but apparently this location specializes in not giving it out. The staff is really nice and the food came out quick but not getting all the you paid for sucks. Hope the franchisee reads this.

Ordered online at 2:33 pm asked for ASAP which was 2:39 pm. We arrived at 2:42 pm to cold curly fries.. asked for hot fries and told us our order had been waiting 20 minutes. We were treated very disrespectful. Most likely they were not fresh and hot when bagged.. I feel they should have said Sorry and just gave use hot one rather than saying we were late in PU

We ordered food from the Arby's App and send to have it ready ASAP as we live less then 3 minutes from the restaurant. When we arrived their order was ready but the French fries were cold. I complained to the clerk who immediately started telling me the order had been sitting there for 20 minutes! We had proof on our APP that the food had been ordered less than 5 minutes ago. She still insisted it was our fault but did give us a new order of French fries and said something in Spanish to a co-worker which I don't understand. It's difficult to enjoy a meal when you have terrible customer service. Arby's needs to teach their employees how to treat customers.

Today I ordered the good burger 2 meal and they ran out of the strawberry shake so I got a diet dr. pepper that tasted like regular dr. pepper. I noticed the inside of the bun looks unusual it was hard to tell if it was special sauce or cheese. I love the crinkle cut fries and the honey mustard sauce. The burgers ok but I'm not getting this again. This meal is expensive save your money it's a scam.

Always check your food before you leave this Arby's!!Each and every time we have gone through the drive thru here, they have left out an order of something.We now think this is specifically done as a way to charge us for a product Arby's intentionally omit.It is on the receipt, but not in the bag. It is not just us. Others we have talked to also say they try to avoid this Arby's. It is understandable to accidently leave out an item, but repeated visits always end up having to go back in or finding out later.Please do not leave until you have checked everything!!!Hope this helps their next customer, they actively try to rob.

This is second time I ordered cherry turnover and they substituted without my permission. First time was in-store order, I got back and it was Apple turnover thought it was a fluke. Today I did online order, again no cherry turnover it was Apple so it is not a fluke. #1 if you don't have cherry let customer know when they are right there! #2 online order have phone number, call it!Just tried their $3 French dip, meat was less than normal. The au jus was watered down, did not add flavor to the sandwich no matter how long you dip it.Anyways I am getting sick of places substitute things without permission, just to keep making that buck thinking this is small thing and customer won't mind. If you crave cherry apple won't do!!
