I am so obsessed with this place. The broth here is next level, and I always feel so well nourished because of how dense it is. If you're trying to collagen-maxx, get the broth here and some bone marrow and you'll probably be set for the week. I've tried 4 different phos so far, and my favorite is Tai Lan. The meat literally melts in your mouth, making the whole bowl way too easy to eat. I like to ask for pickled onion and pickled chilis to help cut through the richness of everything. And Broth is located within Glendora Public Market. There's usually always plenty of seating unless you go on a night where they have trivia or some event and the brewery is playing sports.

Wow definitely a unique sandwich! The Pho brisket on Rye bread was delicious! The flavors mixed very well. The beef brisket was very tender and easy to chew. The sandwich came out to be $16-$17. We got it to go and it still tasted delicious. I feel the soup "dipping sauce" is made extra flavorful (I could taste the star anise) for the flavor to mix well on the sandwich. The to-go bag was better than a paper bag or plastic bag and that is why it was slightly more expensive.

And Broth is located in the Glendora Marketplace. The music isnt too loud. It is family friendly. The service is amazing. Angelica is super informative and always recommending good eats. The chef was kind and answered a question about the wings. The build your own pho is a nice touch and price point is fine. Today is monday, so perhaps that is why it was slow. There didnt seem to be chicken options for the pho. Which is fine -- beef is good. The marrow oil for the soup was nice. you can choose 3 meats for the build your own.The chicken wings (5 spice) were really good, just a tad bit salty. Would ask for the spice on the side or ask for light seasoning. The chicken is cooked for 12 mins.... I would venture to ask for 14mins or so. My only gripe is the tendons (meat option) tasted like freezer burn.

Me again! I want to say that my entire department LOVED their meals for lunch, but the customer service I received was outstanding. It's hard to get that level of service anymore, and I appreciate it when they put the customer first. Because of this, they will have our business!Thank you, team! Keep up the great work.

Finally had time to try And Broth and it lived up to the hype. I had seen their viral brisket sandwich years ago on social media in their OC location. That Pho Brisket on Rye sandwich is an item you need to try! I've gone 2x here now once to try the Pho Brisket on my lunch break and another time with my wife to try the Pho. Both time did not let me down. Staff here are really personable and nice. There's lot of seating since it's in the Glendora Public Market and they have their own bar top seating as well. The Pho Brisket is $16.99 and $2 more to add fries. It also comes with a side of pho and pickled onions. It's worth the price tag and I don't know another spot that's doing a pho sandwich out there. It's very GOOD! As for their Pho, the broth is delicious! It's unique for sure and has a stand out taste to it. We tried the build you own bowl which is $16.99 as well but you have a choice of 3 meats and some of extra add ons are FREE! The bowl is huge and it has a lot of noodles already! 2/2 on the visits here! Highly recommend trying them if you love Vietnamese food! Thanks, And Broth! See ya'll soon!

My dear friend and her daughter plus moi had just finished playing 3 hours of pickleball at Dawson Avenue Park in Glendora. We were very tired and super hungry. Glendora Public Market (GPM) came to mind and it was only 8 minutes away from where we were at... we were on our way.I've been to GPM a few times before, but just haven't had a chance to try out And Broth. So glad we chose it for our dinner of choice that evening. What's neat is that you may build your own Pho with up to 3 meats (rare prime rib eye, prime brisket, tendon, tripe, shrimp +$0.33, etc), and additional add-ons (some are free such as extra noodles, pickled red onion, some have extra cost such as extra meat or broth). You may have plain noodles with broth only if you choose. They have other specialty Pho that are Northern and Southern Vietnam inspired. I'm eyeing the All Shrimp Pho for my next visit. Pho Brisket on Rye and The BBH are their famous sandwiches. What is BBH you ask? Well, it's the one and only Bun Bo Hue (BBH). Wow, BBH in a sandwich! Now that is thinking outside the foodie box. Too bad I don't eat beef anymore... otherwise, I would try both of them. Bowls/salads, steak noodles/saltado, and appetizers are also available. Pretty solid options! For my 1st visit dine-in, I got their Grilled Chicken Salad which was amazingly delicious. It comes with a good bed of salad topped with a full slab of grilled chicken that is lemongrass marinated + housemade vinaigrette... yum, yum!! Must get! For my 2nd visit to-go, I got the same chicken salad, but I felt eating it here tasted better than when I had it to-go. It could be the drive time from here to home before eating it... oh well. I also got their very flavorful and nicely carmelized garlic chicken wings... another must get!Staff was nice and friendly. Ordering was made easy. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but it comes with amazing flavors and good portions so worth the bills IMHO. Wait time could be a tad long at times due to high number of customers, but worth the wait. Lots of shared open space and inside/outside seating are available.Thank you And Broth for bringing us unique flavors and creative ways to eat the ordinary Pho. I'm definitely coming back to try their Pho and more. I highly recommend you to swing on by and give them a try no matter where you're coming from near and far. Happy Pho And Broth!

Located inside the market, I was pumped to try the pho brisket sandwich and it did not disappoint. Meat was tender and juicy, sandwich was packed with balanced flavors, and the pho dip was amazing. Bread also had great flavor but I wish it was stronger because it was falling apart as I ate it. Would love to come back to try their pho!

I'm not a huge fan of pho but this broth is quite amazing. In my mind it has forever ruined all other pho places I've had. They are interior. I've tried the Santa Ana(which had tendon, meatballs, rib eye and a rib) I didn't like the tendon or the rib. The meatballs were ok. But that beef broth? Mmm. I came to GM for this pho. Check it out. Tell me your thoughts.
