Pretty strong drinks (also pretty overpriced), free chips & salsa and they play loud Spanish music so if that's the vibe then come here if you're in downtown Santa Ana. We got 2 specialty/flavored margaritas, ribeye tacos & shrimp tacos. I got the passion fruit margarita and it was okay. It was more sour/lime forward than passion fruit tasting to me. I wish I got more of the passion fruit flavor but it was strong. The shrimp tacos were a pretty big portion - they said this is one of their most popular items. It's fried shrimp with slaw, pico de gallo, pickled onions & chipotle sauce. They overdid the chipotle sauce a bit. The tacos were pretty good though but I wouldn't say they were worth the price tag they came with. The ribeye tacos came with beans and rice. The rice was a bit dry and the beans were okay. The ribeye was cooked well but the mushroom component was unnecessary and kind of threw it off. Overall, this place was decent but not worth what they're charging.

Only thing to rave about it is one of the only spots in Santa Ana that serves wine. Ambiance is cute. Chips and salsa decent. Seared ahi is a big serving for the price

We visited the area to check out a restaurant that was hyped up majorly however after waiting 5 hours and it was getting late we decided to try another spot. We came upon Amor Y Tequila and we are so happy we did! It's such a CUTE bar that serves genuinely amazing bar food and drinks. I had the enchiladas and bean dip they serve and it was beyond DELICIOUS! Our waiter was so attentive and multitasked so professionally. My daughter and her boyfriend had the tacos which they loved, the tortillas used for the tacos tasted homemade and were delicious! Thank you we are glad we found this spot!

Great service, delicious food and tasty tequila. What more can you ask for, I'll definitely visit again.

Great Mexican restaurant in downtown Santa Ana. They have all you can eat tacos on Tuesdays and all kinds of different options to try different taco varieties available here. I tried calamari, enchiladas and pastor and shrimp tacos. Waitress was very friendly come try this place it's good

My husband and I go out every Saturday for date night. We love trying new places and came across this place looking for some Mexican food on Yelp. Holy moly, did this place deliver. We walked in around d 8:15 and were seated immediately. Ordered some margs, and they were excellent! As we sat, more and more people came in. This place is a whole vibe, music playing, people enjoying, drinks and food coming out quickly. And the food--- did not disappoint!!! I had the ribeye tacos and OMG! They were amazing. Husband had the surf and turf, and ate every last bit. We saw another table with this churro ice cream sundae and had to try it ourselves- amazing. Wow. We will be back!

My husband and I stopped in to this place in passing. We are from San Diego. Everything was awesome! Drinks were delicious. Good was bomb. I had the Tamarindo Margarita and the De La Baja Shrimp tacos. My husband had the Mexican Mule and the Ribeye tacos.DeliciousDelicious Delicious If you get a chance, try this place! Andre our server was great as well.

Kim Has the best hospitality I've had in a long time especially in Santa Ana. OK she popped off. I hope her supervisor gives her a pay raise

This place has the best Best carne asada tacos in the history of tacos. The here in USA and Mexico.

Went there a couple of weeks ago sat at a table for 10 minutes and never got acknowledged. First time going there & it'll be my last. I get better service at McDonalds.
