Ambiance is welcoming and pho is the best!!!!!We ordered the fried egg rolls the wagyu pho and the all time best and it was by far the best pho I've had in my life!

Best pho I've had? Yes! Food is amazing. Flavors are intricate yet fitting. If you have the chance, you got to get the fish sauce fries. And the All Time Best pho is my go-to. So glad this place is close by and it has become a big part of our restaurant rotation.

After a long, cold day, what better way to soothe your soul than with a piping hot bowl of pho? A few things worth noting:- FREE unlimited thin pho noodles.- This location is in Downtown Fullerton, so parking can get tricky (there is a lot in the back).- Kitchen bar seats available with a front row view of the kitchen.- Some orders are served to you by a robot, but it's up to you to take it.- Make sure to add your name to the self check-in kiosk if it's busy.Phở Bò Viên -- They have so many extravagant options, e.g., filet mignon, wagyu carpaccio, so I can see why this place draws crowds. I went down the basic path and ordered the meatballs plain. While the broth was aromatic, its depth of flavor left something to be desired. Fish sauce fries -- They don't lie, this is a must try! .The shoestring fries are coated in fish sauce, adding a pleasant sweetness that keeps drawing you back for more.While the service was hospitable, they were noticeably overwhelmed. Fine by me-keep the free noodles coming!

It's our first time to dine in this Pho restaurant. The restaurant style looks industrial with modern concrete seating. We're seated right away middle section there are plenty of dining tables and pretty busy on a Sunday night since it is Super Bowl weekend. Egg rolls is the order to arrive did not disappoint but it's few pieces per serving comes with dipping sauce & lots of veggies on the side. Then the main entree Pho belly arrives no MSG it says on their menu small size bowl but wow flavorful and fresh unlimited thin noodles different level of happiness to my tastebuds. Lastly, the Parmesan wings came with three yummy dipping sauces all good can't get enough of these wings perfectly cooked not dry. Now we know how good All about Pho so please check them out highly recommend!

Came here with a friend last night. We split spring rolls that came with a peanut sauce, and each ordered a brisket pho.I loved that the pho comes with unlimited noodles, you definitely feel as though you can take leftovers for the following day.The restaurant looks so clean, and nicely decorated. My friend and I were reminiscing on the restaurant that occupied this location before and may have things been upgraded!The servers were attentive and kind, and well definitely be returning

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere. The pho broth was incredibly flavorful, easily one of the best we've had, rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. Their spring rolls were exceptionally fresh, with every bite bursting with crisp, vibrant ingredients. As for the matcha coconut drink, it was simply out of this world, super fresh, creamy, and delicious, making it an absolute must-try.The restaurant was extremely busy, which is always a great sign of its popularity. They offer parking outside (Free 1 hour parking from 9 AM to 5 PM and 9PM till 1 AM pay by plate), but given the crowd, finding a spot inside was a challenge. The dining area was fully packed, and we ended up sitting at the bar area, which still provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. One interesting feature was their AI-powered servers, which deliver food to the tables. While I personally prefer traditional service, I appreciated the efficiency and novelty of this modern touch. Additionally, their to-go shelves were thoughtfully designed, ensuring that takeout orders remain warm and fresh, which makes me confident that their to-go meals are just as high in quality as dining in.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the food, the ambiance, and the exceptional value for the quality offered. The customer service was outstanding, fast, efficient, and friendly. It truly felt like everyone working there was dedicated to making the experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible.The decor was also stunning, especially the red flowers and decorations, which I believe were in celebration of the Lunar New Year. They added a beautiful touch to the space, creating an atmosphere full of positive energy and festive charm. Another detail I appreciated was that they asked about our noodle preference, which is something most places overlook, and we often forget to specify. Additionally, I liked that the onions were served separately rather than inside the pho, which was a thoughtful touch.From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. All About Pho delivers exactly what you'd hope for in a solid Vietnamese meal. I stopped by and ordered the pho along with the fish sauce fries, and both were a hit.The pho had a rich, flavorful broth that wasn't overly salty or oily. The meat was tender, and the noodles had the right texture. It came with fresh basil, bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeños, so I could adjust the flavors to my liking. The portion was generous without being overwhelming.The fish sauce fries were a surprise standout. I usually don't give places 5-star rating but this place well deserves it! Service is awesome! Food is delicious! Came here on a Saturday afternoon...it was fairly crowded. We used the tablet at the front to check in. We waited about 5 mins for our table. Once we got seated we got our menus and ordered right away. We got the herbal tea. It was really refreshing with a great balance of sweet to herbal flavor. We ordered fish sauce fries (there's a signage on the menu stating "must try"). It was really good!! The fries are skinny but super flavorful! I got Pho Xe Lua which is the combination that's served with beef belly, beef balls, beef tendon, brisket and tendon. The beef was soft and tender! I got it with thick noodles. Oh my gosh! The thick noodles were so good!!!! The best part is, the noodles are UNLIMITED! You can get more noodles for FREE!!!!!!! Whaaaat!? So awesome! But by the time I went to order more noodles, they ran out. So I opted for the thin noodles which was just as good.The rest of my family got Pho Tai Bung which is pho with beef belly with thin noodles (regular/standard pho noodles). The broth wasn't oily or too salty. It was just right! All-in-all, I would definitely definitely definitely recommend this place!!! I know for sure I will be returning!!!

Great and relaxing atmosphere going to be back sometime soon! So many options for pho and I'd love to come back I ordered the thin sliced beef and added extra sriracha. Also recommend the coconut matcha. I got Star Wars cantina vibes from this place
