Stopped in for a quick lunch today. My husband got the chicken pho ($12.99) and it came with a good amount of steamed chicken on the side with a delicious dipping sauce. The pho bowl portion of broth and noodles was generous. The broth is light and perfect in the winter months when getting over a cold. We saw most people at the other tables ordered this. I got the combo with rice, 1 meat, 1 stirfry veg, and 1 soup ($9.99). For the protein, I picked the caramelized Vietnamese catfish, which was really good. The sauce it is cooked in is so flavorful! The tomato-based soup I got is like a Tom yum soup with shrimp in it. For this combo, you get only 1 piece of catfish, but it's so affordable and a well-rounded and filling meal. The restaurant has mostly tables for 2, but they do have 1 table for a large group. The floor wasn't the cleanest but the table was clean and in addition to condiments, utensils and napkins, they also provide alcohol wipes at the table. I had wanted to order the grilled meat w/ rice & egg ($9.99) but they were out of that item. Hope to try it another time (maybe after the egg shortage is over.) They have a promo for BOGO Vietnamese coffee. Glad to have discovered a solid place to-go restaurant near us!

Saw the promotion for chicken pho for $8.50. We ordered a few and it was decent. Favor is not too savory. The restaurant is not clean, smell like urine while I was waiting to pick up the food. A week later, we called back to order pho Togo again and they increased the price even though the promotion is still $8.50. They said if we togo, they charge extra. And if we want dark meat (chicken thigh), the price will be doubled $16. I think with the quality and the service, the price should stay at $8-$10. Charging $16 for an okay chicken pho is quite expensive. Overall, not recommended.

A small grimy food to go place in GG Plaza. Parking was easy. 50% off full price $17 or $8.50 for a bowl of chicken pho. Bun rieu $13. Iced coffee $3 BOGOF.The broth is average, mostly pork bone, not really chicken. The chicken is allegedly free-range, served on a separate plate with skin and bone, not very good. Frozen super market chicken tastes better. The meat was assembled randomly. one bowl had all legs; the other all thighs. They should separate meat from the bone as diners may choke on them and die, suing them for damages. The broth is pork bone, not all chicken, not very tasty, about average. Noodle was fresh, good. The 2 women work very hard but it took them unusually long time to fill the to go orders and about 20 minutes to bring out our pho. They are not good cook or experienced restaurateurs. They also sell 6 trays of food to go, did not look appetizing. $8.50 for a bowl of chicken pho to go is a good deal, but nobody would pay full price $17 for this pho knowing a few other serious chicken pho nearby for $12.

Tried out this soft opening food to go place and oh boy, we are very impressed. Their Fish Sauce Fried Chicken Wings are the bomb. Very well seasoned and very crunchy, very tasty. Their spring rolls are freshly made, very yummy! They have lots of other food to go selections, prices are very reasonable. If you are craving for mom's home cooked Vietnamese foods, come and give this place a try, you will keep coming back again and again. All the staffs are very friendly and very welcoming! Will definitely come back and will try all other dishes!!!

Tried their Banh Xeo today and I gotta say it's pretty good. I've tried homemade and this compares to it. Obviously if you're looking for the best ever then you should look elsewhere but if you're looking for something comparable to mom's cooking then you're at the right place. Service is good, the food was ready quick and the prices are reasonable. Tables were clean and overall tidy. I'll definitely come back to try more of their dishes. Unfortunately I ate it all before I could take a picture.

Price isn't updated. Banh xeo is actually over $9. Which isn't a problem, but it was kinda soggy and when I lifted it up it pretty much flopped and everything fell out. With that being said I dont think its worth that price. Generally you should be able to hold it with your hands and eat it normally but everything was mushy and fell off. I'm sure everything else there must be good but the xeo was a mess not worth it. Probably the best highlight was the cheap coffee that was it.

We've been regulars since their soft opening, and this place never disappoints! Everything we've ordered so far has been fantastic, from the quality of the food to the variety on the menu. The standout, though, has to be the incredible service. The owners/staff are always welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure every customer feels appreciated. My current favorites include:- bánh xèo - flavorful, big shrimp pieces, and plenty of vegetables & herbs - bún riêu - hearty tasty broth, first place my wife enjoyed bún riêu ever!- cá kho - i want to keep eating the sauce with my rice after- cà phê sữa đá - fresh, strong and sweet enough for me- fried tilapia - crispy and delicious While it's primarily a takeout spot, they do have an option to dine in, though keep in mind there's no restroom for customers. What really sets them apart is their affordability--especially in today's economy, they're making an effort to keep prices reasonable without sacrificing quality. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great meal at a great price!
