1hundred Kitchen and Libations

Eating here should be just from necessity rather than for enjoyment. If you're staying here and really can't muster the energy to walk a couple blocks or drive somewhere then sure. It's convenient and charge it to your room and there are happy hour specials. The food is food - not horrible but not tasty. Service is not attentive but I think understaffed bc only one server it seemed for the entire dining area. I think we came here bc the actual restaurant attached to the hotel was closed.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 90 days+...last night I should've know not to come here to watch the football game but didn't feel like traveling out in the rain. Well getting totally soaked in the rain would've been better off. Below is how my experience went:Waited over 10 mins to get helpWould you like a drink yes...ordered a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon 15 minutes later we are out of that would you like a substitute...yesCan I borrow your menu...yes 10 minutes later sorry we must be low on Cab would you like another substitute...yes5 minutes later comes strolling back with glass...no hustle up at all Now waited 25 minutes for a glass of wineShe sees my free cocktail/drink coupon says sorry that wine doesn't qualify Wow really I just waited 25 mins for this! Can I get a menu? 10 minutes later No menu...so got up left, left my coupon and a tip to show that I am a bigger person just won't ever be back. Shame because this could be such a great place...someone needs to pay attention to these bad reviews because this has me thinking of not staying here again.

Please... Please, avoid this place if you can. Although my burger wasn't bad the service is really terrible. Took forever to keep calling our waiter for the check. Even though it's in the hotel it wasn't so convenient because the wait was forever in every way. They messed up on charging us as well. We had a voucher and they didn't use it...end up charging it to our hotel stay. I suggest you go somewhere else to get your moneys worth. Definitely overpriced for the type of food they give you and the slow service.

Horrible service. No check up. I could've left without paying if I wanted to. They even close early when their hours are posted.

I was here for the Neolife Convention this past weekend and the bartender completely ignored me for 15 mins. It was Friday around 3:30 in the afternoon, not packed at all, and he didn't acknowledge me in the least. Not even a, "I'll be right with you." I wanted to order lunch and a drink and just left after I heard him make a remark after closing out a young ladies tab. I guess she didn't leave a tip and he voice his opinion while she walked away with a, "Really?" A tip should not be expected if the service doesn't warrant one. I avoided that bar for the rest of my stay.

I noticed a lot of low reviews. Although the food is average, our waiter was very friendly and helpful. He recommended waiting to ring in our drinks due to happy hour savings. We appreciated this!

The service at the bar is pathetic. I have stayed here multiple times on business and it has been consistently bad. The bartenders for some reason seem to think that you came to the bar to watch them clean and wash glasses and they basically ignore you for 10 minutes while they screw around.

FOOD review only ... BAR top is good... If I could only leave a review for Rafael at the bar I would say 4-5 stars ... love this guy. I stay here a couple times a month and with my Hilton status get free drink and app coupons. Rafael always treats me like I am a full paying guest and never expects a tip. I actually have to ask him to print me a ticket if I don't have cash on me! Now on to the restaurant food... twice now I have ordered food to take back to me room and twice now I have been bitterly (yes bitter, I love food) disappointed. Tonight I ordered the chicken piccata to take back to my room. This was the sorriest excuse for piccata I have ever seen. 2 capers, yes 2. Chicken breast (not flattened) drizzled (not doused) in a sauce that had very little flavor (lemon and wine non-existent) and served with what the menu described as risotto but was really just standard dry, salted rice. The seasonal veggies were under steamed and practically raw carrots and broccoli with squash that were approximately cooked right. At $21 plus tax the hotel should be ashamed but Rafael can keep his $5 tip. (As a side note I have ordered a different entree here 6 months ago and had an equally disappointing meal... stick with the apps at the bar they seem to please).
