Looking for a place to eat in Des Plaines, I discovered this restaurant on Yelp. The inside of the restaurant was a little dingy. Food prices seem high. For 3 sandwhiches, it was about $52. It did take some time for our food, and we were dining in. However, they do have a super large menu. Beef, chicken, and vegetarian options. My burger was really delicious. If you aren't in a rush, give them a try. They were pretty friendly.

the food was ok for the super high prices. some had no flavor and the fries were coated in salt. no worth it. what gets the 3 stars was the service in the dining area. the man was very nice and super attentive. A+++ for him. disappointing food.

Burger was good. The wait was rather long because only one person was running the front. Nice enough staff. No alcohol; which is fine but apparently they used to sell and no longer do so just a good heads' up if you weren't aware. It was good, but didn't blow me away. I will say that they had some bison options which my husband really appreciated and the gluten free options were great for our friends which was a huge plus and a reason to return for us.

Our group lunch experience left us extremely disappointed. Multiple burger choices resulted in a unanimous consensus: the burgers were excessively dry, overcooked, and seriously lacking the expected wow factor, especially considering the price. With an average cost of $13 per burger, we anticipated a quality far superior to fast food chains, but unfortunately, this was not the case.I opted for the Washington Salmon Burger priced at $16.99, only to find it disappointingly dry. My husband's All American burger suffered the same fate, with a patty as dry as a rock. The Philly Burger didn't fare any better, and all of us shared the sentiment that it was poorly executed. The portion size for the price was equally disheartening. Given this experience, it's safe to say we won't be returning to this restaurant for future orders.

We walked into a clean and roomy building and eyed the many options on the menu. The friendly staff took our order and was helpful answering any questions we had. I ordered the old fashioned All American Burger and it was piled high with meat and toppings. Beefy and full of flavor. At first I was a little disappointed with the Cajun fries. They were highly seasoned but a little mild for this southerner's palate. But then I dunked one into their ketchup and my tongue perked up. A touch of horseradish made everything come together beautifully.

I happened onto this establishment while driving past, and luckily it was lunchtime; it had been a while since I had a burger. So, I'm hoping they'll satisfy my hunger. The interior has a beautiful industrial modern design with a touch of style. TVs are mounted throughout the space so I can keep up with my local sports team. I liked how this restaurant is involved in their community; based on the certification on the wall, it appears that they support a minor baseball team. It is a hybrid of counter and table service. I ordered my lunch at the counter, and the staff will bring it to me when it's ready. They were swift. I received both the wings and the burger at the same time. It's a good thing since I have a short lunch break.I ordered their six-piece wings and asked for mango habanero sauce on the side in case the sauce was too spicy. They made the wings as a whole, including the drum, flat, and tip. The portion is generous, the meat is succulent, and the exterior is crispy. I was astonished that the mango habanero wasn't as spicy as I thought. The sauce is tasty, with a tangy and smokey flavor. It was also well balanced in terms of sweetness.I tried one of their specialty burgers, the Memphis burger. It came with two beef patties, both of which were nicely cooked with a little pink in the middle and were juicy. It's appealing to see the cheddar on the patties perfectly melted. The crispy savory bacon contributes texture. The burger has every aspect, but I feel that it lacks flavor. In my perspective, the flavor is linear and not overly nuanced. The staff delivered the last item, which is Oreo cream pie, right in time. The pie has already been prepared and is served chilled. The crust is so light and fluffy that it reminds me of a cake. The filling is creamy, but it missing Oreo essence. I was disappointed that the crushed Oreo on top was mushy, since it would have given the pie a nice crisp texture.Even though they are understaffed (just two persons work during the lunch rush), the service is excellent. I have to say the kitchen staff is the real MVP; he's the one who took my orders and cooked my food; he handled the duty with ease in a pleasant attitude which I admired.

The service was amazing thank you so much to everyone. It was my first time here and def coming back. The food was fresh the French fries are to die for. They have a huge variety of cheese and options for those that don't eat meat! We also ordered a Chicago style hotdog but mom ate it before i could take a picture! HahahInside and outdoor seating which is great, place was very clean and organized. It's a must try

Casual spot for burgers and fries +. Almost everything is gf, which we need due to allergy, so we really appreciated all the options. You can customize your burger so many ways as well as your fries. Very good burger and decent fries: Steak tacos were very tasty; BLT was just okay. They were super helpful and marked both my kiddos' orders as an allergy. They did mess up parts of 2 out of 4 orders, but quickly fixed things up to our satisfaction.

Previously, I mentioned Wildburger's prices being higher than average for a fast-casual burger joint. No change there. But the kitchen seems to have become more error-prone.There was no manager visible during our weekday lunch visit. The Missus and I ordered burgers and we shared fries, breaded onion petals, and coleslaw. The server initially brought me a child-size grilled cheese sandwich. Well, maybe I looked like a child to her. She switched it out for my burger, but the burger was also wrong. Ordered medium on a whole wheat bun, it arrived well done on an egg bun. I consumed but did not enjoy it; I really should've sent it back. My bad. My Missus' burger - also ordered medium on a wheat bun -arrived on an egg bun, too, but her patty was properly cooked and juicy. The fries were definitely NOT "fresh-cut" as stated on the menu. Reeking of oil and sodden with grease, ours were inedible. We told this to the guy behind the counter and he apologetically refunded the $3.99. The breaded onion petals were also greasy but somewhat more edible. When a restaurant cuts corners on food quality, that's never a good sign.
