Ambrosino's Italian Market & Deli

This amazing Italian deli makes you feel like you are in Italy. The warmth and customer service of the staff is amazing.Anything you want Italian is here from the meats to the pastas to the sauces you name it they have it! I brought home some homemade Italian meatballs and they're delicious chicken Parmesan, along with some Fixin's to make subs over the weekend.I've passed by this little hidden gem in Frankfurt several times and decided to try it out and I am just over the moon impressed with all the options. If you're in the area stop by, you won't be disappointed.

Cute little place.Deli doesn't have a number system.Stand in line and hope you're next.The meats were good. The sandwich bread was chewy. I like crispy Italian bread.The meatballs were just warm on the sandwich.The two guys working behind the counter need food safety training. I witnessed one of them put sliced ham down on a stainless steel counter with other products and cases. The interior of the cold cases had blood and juices inside. Turkey was sitting out on the slicer the entire time I waited.The tip jar on the deli counter has this: "if you think xxxx is handsome leave a tip" Is that why we tip?The cashier was very helpful and friendly .Would I return? Nope

I catered my daughters graduation party and everything was delivered promptly.The food was delicious and fresh. My guests talked about how good the food was. They are my go to for catering.Thanks Stacy Fortson

Great old style Italian deli - grocery located in the SW burbs. Got there Italian subs for myself and my son. Very good! Anytime I'm in Frankfort, I'll try to stop.

They did my after wedding party! Great food and great people! Awesome Italian market where you can pick up a great sub sandwich along with great pasta and spaghetti sauce to die for! Always stopping by there just to pick up anything! Warning!!! Don't go in there hungry you will end up buying the whole store!

I am sad to leave a one star but I must. I was in just yesterday had a delicious sandwich and came back today for lunch. I ordered a roast beef, pastrami and corn beef on dub roll with all the trimmings. Paid wss as liked outside to a table and began eating, sandwich was cut in half, first half was delicious, then I started on the 2nd half. I bit into something hard and felt a warm sensation in my mouth, I cut my mouth on something, I pulled out a hard plastic twistie ( like you have to keep the bread bag closed) it was jagged and should not of been in my sandwich. I promptly walked back into Ambrosinos, to the deli and stood there for 2 minutes, as a couple of the employees looked on but didn't say anything. Finally the lady who made my sandwich asked me if I needed anything else, I showed her the plastic bread tie and she said OH? I said I got a bonus in my sandwich, no response. I walked out, annoyed. They lost a customer for life.

Ordered food for my sons baptism. The amount of food received for the price was great, fair pricing. However, do not order Pasta primavera, it's nothing similar at all. What they serve is cold noodles, a few tomatoes , few olives, and a few broccoli pieces, which is served with the same dressing that is used on the salads, very misleading. Would order again for price point. One other note, when calling to order make sure you double check order I called to verify my order which the lady who answered the phone sounded annoyed that I called had marked that i wanted all my food cold for the event. Which I never said once. Thank god I called to check or else I would have been in chaos for the party.

This place is the bomb! Smells heavenly! Great for catering events. Renee helped with our catering for our church function and gave us a great price. Lots of food too! I've also bought groceries there too. The ready made meals are good too. Don't miss this gem in Frankfort.

Italian Sausage both mild and hot is exceptional. Great assortment of Italian foods. Cookies and deserts are authentic.
