They had customers before they opened and the owner opened the doors early to take care of all of us. They are extremely dedicated and hard working small business. I will continue coming here from now on.

I have been a customer for 18years. This is the second review I have written for you and unfortunately it is another bad one. On 11/9/2020 approximately 12 pm I brought my empty bottles in, put them on the floor by the ice cream and told the young man I would be back in a few to pick them up. ( as I always do).The young man proceeded to ask me to put the bottles on the countertop. I asked why..." you can't pick them up? They are empty. He said no....he said that is was DISRESPECTFUL FOR HIM TO PICK UP THE BOTTLES. I said disrespectful? For whom? He replied 'for me and my family".....WTF?.... your employees can't help people out with bottles...... the kids you hire sit on their asses and read comic books..... and now...you have some yahoo in the place who feels he is being disrespected because he's got to bend Down and pick up an empty bottle......Now to add insult to injury, when I returned to pick up my bottles,the young man had put all my bottles under the candy ledge...so I had to roll them out to pick them up....HE wouldn't look up to acknowledge me and didn't bring the file box out to record my gallons I had bought.I am throwing the water out for fear he may have peed in my Water, and promptly ordered sparkletts home delivery. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.YOUR WATER WAS TASTY, BUT YOUR CHOICE IN EMPLOYEES IS DREADFUL 11/10/2020. I am posting this the day after the above incident occurred.I felt the need to call this business and tell them what had occurred the day before. I talked to a gentleman, (who happened to be closer to my age),and he was very understanding and concerned. He was surprised this occurred bc this boy one of his best employees. He said he would investigate the issue. To my surprise, a message was left on my voice mail later, apologizing. Supposedly, according to the employee, he and I had 'misunderstood' each other. The employee was given the phone and apologized to me in a fashion (attitude )that most 19 year olds would take to save their jobs. (No sincerity).That is ok because the management proved to me that they were willing to look into and try to,solve the issue. Just for the record. .... I am not returning, I am doing the home delivery service...I was deeply offended by this interaction with this young man. If this is the type of behavior young people will adapt in our future, God help us... I'm glad I won't be around to see them grow up to see the society they will have created for themselves.

Water tastes great and every single employee goes above and beyond, super polite. Will always go out of my way to shop here and support this business.

I was at this location on 8/2/23 the young staff was VERY HELPFUL when I purchased blocks of ice (3) and they asked to carry them to the car still while other customers were in the store.I was actually glad to see young folks working not sitting around or on the cell phones.Keep it up!!

This place is convenient and it's a hit or miss on which young person is giving your account the proper bonus credit. The price of the water must cover the minimum wage increase. This I understand, but at this rate, each person can afford to at least hold the door open and offer to fetch the wagon curbside, their wages should dictate this courtesy. A warm smile never hurt anyone, a simple logo shirt and cleanliness appears as if the owner and worker cares about the product offered and feel like my purchase is worth it. Just some thoughts from a decade long patron.

Paid $3.33 for a tiny scoop of vanilla ice cream. Asked the guy if the amount was right and he just ignored me. Please see pic.

This place is awesome. The negative reviews is from lazy people. These workers have helped me take them to the car hold the door, etc. I've placed them on the ground with no problem the people who have a problem drop things off and leave. Who does that? And a 65 year old lady what's a couple dollars for someone helping you? Who is the real Karen? Great place nice people keep up the good work and block out the ignorant haters who can't do anything for themselves but sit behind a screen and complain. 5+ stars to this place!

Amazing family owned spot that I've been going to since I was a kid. I would recommend this spot to anyone and everyone !
