Loved the street tacos. Yelp suggested me this as the best place to get the tacos in Bothell area, and it was spot on. This is a food truck located in Bothell downtown. Not so difficult to find out. Stopped here in the evening for a few tacos. Loved the ingredients and flavors. Requested them to make it spicy - it's made to the perfection. Indeed the best taco place around. Picked up a burrito as well. That was very decent.Service is fantastic. They were super friendly and chatty. Ambiance is very casual. They've got some seating around there which is kind of cool. We enjoyed our tacos there. No designated parking spots - but there's space for a couple of cars to park. Loved the tacos. I will definitely go back for it again. If you haven't tried this place so far, try it out!

Tacos are really really good here. Highly recommend trying this place. Many menu options and everything is fresh real ingredients. Give them a try for sure. Delicious

If you've never tried Ambakity, then you're truly missing out. What a tasty taco truck hidden in Downtown Bothell. My go-to order is the shrimp tacos.That pineapple slaw is amazing. *chef's kiss* My kids' order the chicken quesadilla. Great customer service and rarely ever a long wait to receive my food. On a sunny day, order your food, crack open a Jarritos, and enjoy it at the outdoor seating area.

Great little taco truck. Good menu selection. There are a few tables if you don't want to take your food to go. We always order a combination of tacos, burrito bowls and enchiladas and they never disappoint.

We went there on Saturday while looking for good tacos. This place got my attention nearby on Yelp. The location was in downtown Bothell so it's convenient. The parking was complimentary in the front of a food truck so you didn't need to worry. The staff was friendly and courteous when she took my order. We ordered, taco plates, kids taco plate and quesadillas for Togo. It was quiet and laid back and I could imagine how great it will be in summer. When we tried at home, they were delicious and my favorite was beef quesadillas. They put some mayo aioli sauce on the top with cotija and it was tasty. A nice place for quick bite and we will be back.

I do get tired of just having stuff delivered but this volume of deliveries is temporary and it's all good.I wish this place was closer so I could go in more. The food was 100% delicious even after being in the car for 15 minutes.Pastor BurritoOrdered with habanero aioli. (You have to pick one of 4 aiolis that they mix in to the burrito filling). Tortilla could have been toasted more to bring out flavor, but it was fresh, soft, and chewy. The meat was only mildly sweet but the fruit and onions definitely added a lot of sweetness to a couple bites. Made it more interesting as the bites changed on the way through it. Their red and green salsas are both great, and I ran out less than halfway through. Bottled stuff worked fine of course.GuacamoleOrdered on the side for, you know, science. Really good! Fresh avocado, lots of flavor, crisp veg, bright notes from tomato and onion. Not the biggest $4 side ever, but it's really good, and avocado prices are always volatile. When you find good guac you just close your eyes to the price and order.Azada TacoOrdered one on the side as part of the ongoing scientific research 'n' stuff. Nice fresh soft chewy tortilla, good fresh chopped veg, nice fresh lime. Nice flavorful steak with clear grilled flavor. Would happily build a meal of tacos here.This place is rad even for delivery and I will for sure check them out when I am down Bothell way.

I found Ambakity in a search on Yelp for Mexican restaurants in the Bothell area. The tacos were solid and their outdoor seating area was a nice plus. I'll be back next time I'm in the area!

Best streets tacos in the area! We'll for sure be going back.Even on a busy Saturday evening, I got all my food within 10 minutes. These guys move fast.Staff was extremely nice and friendly.They have all the street tacos, burritos, sides, etc. that you could want and is possible in a quick timeframe. Food presentation is excellent for street food, but quality could be a bit better. It seems fresh but was just a bit dry. Shrimp tacos were the best that I tried.If you're looking for an inexpensive and fast option in downtown Bothell, this place is worth checking out.Parking CAN be an issue, unfortunately.Quality and parking are my only two issues that don't give it 5 stars. My tacos were a little dry and the corn tortillas were falling apart. Seems like they needed a bit more cooking or oil. And the parking can be super tough with the nail salon next door threatening to have you towed. I'd rec'd walking up to this from downtown Bothell if you can, or finding street parking and not risking the lot (if it's super busy).
