Out for a night of drinks after catching the IFC fights. The vibe, the music, and the view cannot be beat. Always a favorite of mine when downtown.

Altitude Rooftop Bar is a must-visit spot in San Diego, especially for sports fans! The views overlooking Petco Park are simply stunning. The lounge area is sleek and comfortable, and the music is always on point.While the drinks are average, the atmosphere and views make up for it. Gorgeous North and South views during sunset! You can see the harbor and Padres stadium. But very basic drinks. Dress code required and 21+Inside the Marriott, head up to the 22nd floor.Could see and hear the Padre vs Red Sox game from up here!

It was a great view of the stadium and the drinks were pretty good! Loved sitting by the big firepit for warmth since it's so windy up there.

Loved the vibe of this place! It was fairly busy for early in the evening on a Saturday night. The views of the stadium and water at sunset were relaxing to watch as I sipped on my margarita. I like that they had counter space along the perimeter, as well as cushioned seating with heat lamps. Note: you cannot take leftover food from another restaurant into the bar- your to go box will get confiscated!

Excellent rooftop bar. Beautiful views especially at sunset and when there's a game at Petco Chilly at night but there's a firepit to keep you warm. Had a delicious champagne strawberry mojito. Minus one star as there really wasn't much food choices.

While searching for rooftop venues with happy hour extending beyond 6 pm, I stumbled upon the exceptional Altitude bar, conveniently located next to Petco Park. Their happy hour runs until 7 pm on weekdays, offering a diverse array of options, including wine, beer, well drinks, and margaritas. I opted for the wine and margarita, both of which exceeded my expectations with a delightful flavor and perfect alcohol percentage.The rooftop bar boasts breathtaking views, providing a captivating backdrop. The ample seating options and the presence of a cozy fireplace create a relaxed ambiance. I'm eagerly anticipating my return to Altitude, drawn to the unique vibe and the prospect of enjoying a picturesque sunset while sipping on delightful margaritas. It truly promises to be a memorable experience.

Very cool place. Amazing views overlooking the padres stadium and the water. Good drinks, pretty standard for a bar. Big projection screens showing the warriors game which we appreciated. Great place for a quick drink and a view!

One of the best rooftop bars in downtown San Diego. If you're looking for a free admissions and view of San Diego, this is the place to go. Winter or summer this is a great outdoor spot to gather with friends or co workers for a drink. The fireplace gives a great ambiance to the space. The service for drinks is great because they have QR codes located throughout. And the waitresses come and check if you need ordering. Whilst you're not here for cheap drinks and dive bar vibes, this is definitely considered upscale vibes but casual atmosphere. Meaning you can come get a drink after work but expect a good crowd of people.

Only gets 2 stars for the view. The drinks were truly awful, and this space is tiny, especially when there's a crowd coming for a padre game or concert.
