Not the greatest atmosphere tbh but the food is absolutely wonderful. A chicken shawarma is $8.99 and I swear you'll not regret it. And the chick pea soup is amazing. Sole proprietor running things, so you might have to wait but totally worth it.

Delicious food! The falafel is exceptional and the garlic sauce is heavenly. Made to order! Local business.

Oh, heavens, where have I been that I missed this place? It's a teeny hole-in-the-wall type, but oh, the food .... I decided to stop for a sandwich takeout today on my way home, and am so glad I did! The owner has carefully blocked the door with tables on which he has menus (to ensure social distancing and no contamination). He took my order for a gyro wrap, and gave me a choice of wrap. Then he asked how hot I wanted it - -plain, hot sauce, or how he would make it in his culture. I asked for the last option, having never had a spicy gyro before. He eyed me dubiously but made it; I paid the ridiculously low charge, and went home. OMG. It was wonderful! It *was* hot -- the kind of eye-watering, sweat-inducing, need some plain bread to dampen the fire hot -- and I loved every mouthful. His gyro meat is beautifully balanced and he chops in loads of veggies, fresh. I want to try the burger (I saw some kids eating them sitting in the park) and they looked good -- but now I know where to go when I want good food. EDITED: I went back yesterday and got the falafel, again with his sauce. While I was waiting for my sandwich, he brought out a sample of a chickpea soup that he said his mother used to make at home in Iran. It was lovely! Flavorful, with just a hint of bite. I know what I want next time. As my budget allows I am planning to eat through his menu .....
