Service was great. Ambiance was nice. Food and drink were on point.Went here for brunch with my friend on a Saturday around 12. A lot of brunch places typically have a 1-2 hr wait so I was pleasantly surprised to not have to wait at all. I think our servers name was Bree? She was super attentive and friendly. Gave recommendations and even let me try a tequila I had not heard of for one of my drinks.As for food, I ordered the pork belly benedict with a side of hashbrowns and the churro waffle. Let me just say the churro waffle was so good! It had a nice crunch, not overbearing dulce de leche flavor, and perfect amount of "churro." The pork belly benedict was good, I just wish the pork belly had more of a crisp to it. I would definitely come back here!

Very classic brunch spot on Scottsdale, hidden in a strip mall, parking was good for the time we got here, but will caution you during happy hour.The unique style of food they have is beyond what a normal tex-mex fusion place could be, but here it's elevated to sophisticated fine dining experience that we really enjoyed. Our server Madison provided superb recommendations as this was our first time here, and she was on point with the Mimosa flight and million Dollar Baby drinks.Our entrees consisted of the Pork Belly Benedict, Lobster Benedict, and the churro waffles, balanced out our experience today.If you have not tried "Alma," make sure to put it on your list, especially for Brunch.

Visited Alma for breakfast during our AZ trip and it was pretty average. The seating indoors is pretty nice and outdoors has cooling sprays to help with the heat. The food was OK. Nothing to write home about.The service was extremely slow. It took about 20 minutes to have our orders taken after being seated and another 20 minutes to get our food after ordering. I also asked about their agua Fresca and the waitress had no clue if they had any available. Left to check, and never came back .I probably wont be back.

Came to Alma Scottsdale after searching "Taco" in the Yelp app. Alma did not disappoint! I visited with my cousins (5 of us total) and we were seated immediately. Alma Scottsdale has an extensive outdoor patio with fans and misters as well as inside seating. The decor and ambiance is stylish and inviting. We chose to sit inside. Cameron was our server and he was AWESOME! He was knowledgeable about the menu, kind, and very attentive.It was happy hour so we ordered margaritas. I ordered the spicy margarita which was well done with the right amount of spiciness that balanced well with the drink. The food was delicious! I had an order of pork tacos and a soft shell crab tostada. Everyone enjoyed their food. Definitely will visit when I'm back in the Phoenix area!

Amazing service! Came with a large group and they got our drinks and salsa quickly. Birria quesadilla and cod tacos were a favorite but would recommend anything here. Can't wait to come back and try more

I heard about Alma from some of my friends, so I wanted to go try them out. I went with a few friends this past weekend for brunch and all in all I was pretty happy with their food and service. They have a pretty big brunch menu with different choices of drinks and food. My friend and I got the mimosa kit which was probably the most disappointing part of the meal. It was one champagne bottle (6 dollars at Fry's) that's supposed to serve 4 and 4 juices for 40 dollars. Bit pricey for what it actually is but the other drinks were good. I ordered their steak and eggs and both were cooked really well. The steak had this chimichurri sauce drizzled over it that amplified its flavor and the hashbrowns were fried well. My friend got their chilaquiles and they tasted delicious as well. The staff were decent. I felt like they could have checked in on us a bit more often but at the same time we didn't feel neglected. They're located in the back of a plaza so it's a little hard to find but in my opinion the search is worth it. The restaurant has an upscale feel to it and has both indoor and outdoor seating.Overall I would recommend this place to a friend and I plan on coming back to try their dinner menu.

First and foremost the ambiance of this restaurant is so beautiful I felt underdressed. We had just arrived in Scottsdale and needed to eat. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. The staff was so nice and didn't miss a beat waiting in you. If you're ever in the Scottsdale area please vii it this establishment you won't be disappointed red!?

We love coming here for brunch and finally made it in for dinner with a group of friends for a celebration! The place was lively and had a great atmosphere even on a Sunday night. We loved all the mezcal cocktails that we tried that night and the food was delicious, we had great recommendations from Aiden and he took great care of us. We would definitely come back again in the future!

Update review: I've been here multiple times now as well as other restaurants by this owner and I'm coming back to report that I enjoy it all so much!! Wonderfully done ambiance, menu, and a happy hour to look forward to
