Allison's Custom Confections

The stoplight cake pops were a hit at the trade show our company exhibited at last week. Allison was a pleasure to work with, and the ordering process was simple and easy. I would highly recommend Allison's Custom Confections if you need a custom order in the San Diego area.

Called to find out if this place sold single cupcakes and when I called a lady answered the phone some what rudely by saying "Hello" I was taken back because I thought I was calling a business not someone's personal phone, so I said "Hello" and the lady kept saying "hello hello hello" back to back like she couldn't hear me so I said "hello is this Allison's bakery or something" and she says "who's this?" And by then I knew I didn't want to give my business to whoever this was.. So unprofessional.. So I just said "never mind I thought I was calling a business and hung up".

Allison has made desserts for my wedding, baby shower and my son's 1st birthday. Everything she has made for us has been delicious! Her decorating skills are amazing too! She can do anything!

I have used Allison on many occasions. She always delivers exactly what I wanted only even better than expected. I had her cater a grand Chocolate Gala's dessert portion of the evening, and the entire room raved about how wonderful the dessert was. Easy to work with and will go to great lengths to make exactly what you want.

Allison's cupcakes, cakes and cake pops were excellent. Not only were they beautiful, but they were tasty. Both kids and adults alike devoured them. It was a breeze working with Allison over a Saturday afternoon. We communicated by phone and email. She made some excellent suggestions and was open to new ideas. She was a breeze to work with, checked in before the event and was right on time for delivery. I will definitely recommend Allison and will use her services again. Excellent work, Allison!! Another amazing cake by Allison! She always does such an amazing job and this one was so adorable to match the unicorn theme for my daughters first birthday party!

Allison created two birthday cakes for us, and both were beautiful and delicious. Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting is my favorite, and this one was perfect. And the chocolate cake with the chocolate lattice "cage" was a crowd pleaser. Thank you, Allison!

Allison made custom cookies with our business logo on them for an event. They looked and tasted great. Will definitely use her again.

Her desserts are always the talk of the party, and complimented and remembered by guests for a long time afterwards.
