A cool hidden gem of a bar underneath the most touristy spot in Seattle, the market. We sat at the bar and were given the happy hour menu which had a variety of food options as well as some basically drink deals. The bartender was taking care of the entire restaurant and was doing a great job. We enjoyed a few drinks while trying the roasted tomato and olive tapenade, which was pretty good and the top recommendation from the bartender. The bar has the atmosphere of a dive bar but the food all look fantastic. From the bar, you're looking out the windows at the massive gum wall in the alley.I'd like to come back and try some pizza next time. Don't skip this cool spot!

Dear staff, I'm sorry I drank 4 vodka martinis. My date, was a short king and I am Giantess. I gladly split the check. I also now avidly disclose my height MULTIPLE times before IPD (in person dates). Anyway, your pizza saved me from my dates horror that I have zero fucks and just decided to my absolute impolite self. As he he lightly lied about his height. I instead enjoy myself at my favorite place for pizza in the city. I hear the gum wall isn't the same. Anyway I love this place that much. Have a bad date, order 4 martinis unapologetically. Eat pizza. My current Boyfriend and I are both 6'2".

Been visiting this since 2018! They have one of the best pizza and spinach dip. I order their custom pesto pizza and the taste is consistently amazing. The ambience is perfect and it's very close to pike market . Highly recommend this place .

Off in a corner in the midst of the gum wall alley, this place was a pleasant respite from the hustle and bustle of Pike's Place. A lot of the places we went to had decent food, but limited seating, if seating at all. This was a nice change of pace. The food was a little expensive, but we had arrived for happy hour which was nice. We both ordered a $5 draft and we split a happy hour mini-pie, which was half the price of a normal pizza pie. The pizza came quick and was tasty. The beers were cold and refreshing. The server was great and attentive.

Check out The Alibi Room in Seattle's Pike Place Market. It's a solid choice for anyone craving good pizza in a chill spot. Think less flashy, more laid-back vibes with a touch of Seattle's unique character.Their pizza? It's the real deal. You get these thin-crust, brick-oven pies that hit the spot without draining your wallet. The mushroom pizza is my go-to - it's packed with flavor. And if you're feeling adventurous, try their other options like chicken/jalapeño or margarita.Happy hour is almost an all-day affair here, great for grabbing a pizza and beer without breaking the bank. The Top Cutter draft beer they serve? A nice touch and pairs well with any pizza choice. What makes The Alibi Room more than just a pizza place is its location and atmosphere. Right near the gum wall, it's a cool little corner in Seattle's history, perfect for a relaxed hangout. The staff is friendly, adding to the laid-back vibe. So, if you're in Seattle and looking for a low-key place with good pizza and vibes, The Alibi Room is worth checking out.

Love the food, love the dark ambience at night, the service was quick. Super friendly server. Going down two flights of stairs to the restrooms felt like I was in a Freddy Krueger movie. Scary haha

The service was pretty good! They were fairly attentive even when things started to get busy. We stopped in because a lot of other places were closed and we were hungry. They did have some vegetarian options, like the Mac and cheese, but I wish they'd had a few more. The drinks didn't look too interesting either unfortunately so I stuck with water. My partner enjoyed his calzone and said it was pretty good. I think the portion sizing was a strength here. The Mac and cheese was unique and pretty good, but it didn't necessarily wow me either. It's tucked away in a corner and sort or a darker, well-loved bar and restaurant feel but it seemed very family friendly for those with kids. Overall I'd say this spot has decent food and options, very good service, and is conveniently located next to the gum wall in the market if you're looking for a meal. Not a spot I'd seek out to return to, but definitely a good option if you're in need of a decent meal near the market.

On a drizzly Saturday evening a companion and myself found that most of the boardwalk restaurants were closed at 10pm much to our dismay. We quickly found a place that could accommodate our hungry bellies in close proximity. The Alibi was a well hidden shining beacon. It's easy to kiss if you're not looking. Either at the foot of the stairs leading away from Pike Place Market or come down the stairs toward Bubblegum Alley. If you've made it that far there's a sign pointing you right to it. ID's are checked so be sure to bring that (21+). The lights are dimmed as there was no light offered by windows. The interior was well loved and the conversation--lively. We were sat quickly and I took what seemed like ages to choose my meal. I ended up choosing after the waitress pointed out I could do half and half for pizza. The choice was clear then. Half Pizza Con Carne and Half Chicken & Jalapeño. My companion absolutely enjoyed the Pizza Con Carne. All of the meat cuts tasted fresh and the ingredients were pies high onto a light hand-tossed crust. The Chicken and Jalapeño was very much enjoyable with the fresh tomatoes and arugula. I enjoyed my choices. My only note would be not to come here for an intimate dinner because that won't happen, but if you need a place with rockin' pizza after a night on the town--THIS IS YOUR PLACE!Thank you Alibi Room!

What a cool restaurant! On a Friday night we got seated right away. We were obsessed with the creative pizzas! Our server was attentive and everything came out fast despite being busy! We loved the funky decor, the house-made ranch, and of course the pizza! Mine was "plain" in comparison to the rest of the tables, but I got the 4 cheese, white-sauce base with shredded chicken. It hit the spot. Definitely worth the stop in Seattle!
