My wife and I had to book a trip to New Mexico after her mom passed away March 21st of this year. As you would expect, our flight selections were limited. For our return trip our flight was scheduled to leave at 5:38 in the morning. Z Trip was recommended by the Check in service at the Hotel we were staying at that was just a few miles from the airport. I called Z Trip on Thursday evening to schedule a pickup at 3:15 am. Shortly after I scheduled I received a text message with a booking confirmation number that showed all of the correct details.At 3:15 am on Friday morning the driver had not arrived so I called Z Trip who told me that they did not have a driver dispatched at that time and to call them back in 15 minutes in one didn't show up. Fifteen minutes later I called again and was told that a driver had been dispatched and would arrive in 8 minutes. Ten minutes later I called back and was told that the driver was not responding. At this point (3:52 am) I asked to speak to a supervisor. Dana then told me that they were still trying to find a driver to dispatch. She also told me that a booking confirmation number did not guarantee me a ride.I then got on my Uber app and fortunately found a driver that picked us up at 4:06 am. As we were heading to the airport I received a voice mail from a Z trip driver at 3:09 telling me he was on his way. Almost a full hour later than he was supposed to be there.I always thought a confirmation number was pretty much a guarantee. Not in the minds of Z Trip Management though.

After a long day of being stranded, flt cancelled etc the airline made accommodation for us for ride, hotel and meal. I got to my room and booked my ztrip for the following morning. 15 min after scheduled pick up no show, I called to talk to someone only to schedule it again, still no show... I will definitely be speaking to the airline to reassure them about this company poor time management.

I am blind in one eye and going blind in the other. I HAVE to go to the retina specialist and occasionally get shots in my eye so that I don't go blind in BOTH eyes.My insurance company booked me a ride with Z-TRIP. I had no choice about it. If I had known it was going to be with this company, I would have objected because they left me at my doctors office until 7:30 at night the last time, after I got out of my appointment at 3:30.This morning, I called to verify that the ride would be here. The insurance company verified it with them.The guy was supposed to be here at 1:30. I waited outside, starting at 1:20, and I had my cell phone with me. They never showed up and did not call. When I called the insurance company, they said that the driver claimed he had been here and that he had called me and that I did not answer. ALL LIES. When people lie, they should make sure that they don't lie about anything that can be electronically PROVEN. My phone did not ring. I was holding it in my lap. There is no record in the CELL PHONE HISTORY that any person called me between 1:30 and 1:55, when I called the insurance company, asking what the heck happened.Z-TRIP is a completely unethical, unreliable, crappy company that ought to be put out of business, at least where transporting patients are concerned. Of course, if you have a plane to catch, you are OUT OF LUCK with these people.I have used a lot of taxi companies in my 70 years. Z-Trip is just the WORST. I don't have a description bad enough for them.

If I could give negative stars I would as this place doesn't belong in new Mexico or anywhere for that matter. Let me start by saying this company makes a huge chunk of their money by driving non-emergency medical clients and a big chunk of that is our clients who are receiving treatment for recovery now these are people who are trying to get their lives together and are working hard to improve upon themselves these ztrip drivers are always bragging about how much money they make off Medicaid, Medicare and other state funded transportation but when it comes time for one of our clients to work for them they're suddenly too good for their type, we've had several clients get hired only to have their offer rescinded after a drug test showed their Dr prescribed medication for treatment, now department of transportation doesn't have a ban on the use of these treatment medications nor do they even test for them, and the new Mexico public regulators support these treatment medications yet clients have been discriminated against and told they were a waste of time and money now I believe that they shouldn't be receiving a penny from the state or any government entity seeing as they want to discriminate and not hire clients in treatment if they can't work for you then they shouldn't be allowed to receive these big paying fares from these clients with if enough people get the word out and we can let the state know then we can hit them where it hurts In the pocket and believe me there's written evidence of these conversations

If I could select zero stars, I would have selected that rating. The driver has failed to pick me up 2 times for me trip to my destination and has failed 2 times to pick me up for my ride from my destination to my house. These were trips to see a doctor and I have very bad knees and will be having knee replacement on both knees and I'm unable to walk even to the nearest bus stop. All the while I'm getting text messages " thank you for choosing ztrip" and "trip completed". The last time I called to make sure I was going to be picked up and brought home, the ztrip representative told me a driver was 20 minutes away and even gave me a car number. No one showed up. The ztrip representative didn't even apologize for the other "no shows" I told her about. A transportation company that is this unreliable and uncaring should not be in business. Perhaps they are taking on too many calls for transportation in order to make more money and they are unable to keep up with their obligations. Perhaps they have hired unreliable drivers. Whatever the reasons, this type of service is unacceptable. Therefore, I give ztrip the lowest rating possible.

Bogus Bogus Bogus, this place only cares about there money so yes they will give you Nemt to pay your lease but you might be traveling a long distance to pick up someone. If they are not home your supposed to sit there n wait 15-30 mins till dispatch clears it. Then off to the next, your day is wasted. Realizing this too late. Don't take Nemt and you might make money. Then the asses took 1000 but that's there's to keep too. 95.00 lease, fees 10% off Nemt, 10 airport, 50.00 a week for lord nos what. This hits you Monday am. So not only do you have to recover from the weekend. Then this crap hits you. It doesn't matter if you make 400.00 a day. The pay out is so slow that if you owe lease? They keep it. This is a wonderful money making scheme. Only those older than dirt drivers stay. Not many make it very long. 200 fees up front to start. Those dumb videos couldn't save a life. They advertise 95,000 year. Lord Jesus that's a falling down laughing joke. Every dummy that signs that lease, is making them 200 richer. If 2 to 4 drivers sign up a week that's 800 a week and 3200 a month to make Chris and Mike more fat n happy. Bogus don't do it. Plus they keep your savings. This LLC would watch you starve to death. Be homeless and so much more. I was in a car accident and had whiplash. Severe headaches, dizziness pain but end of the day I had to drive to make maybe 40-50 bucks a day. They didn't care. Stay far far far away from those greedy chumps. For real.

Needed a ride to the local Firestone. Driver was polite, courteous and professional. Didn't freak out over our service dogs. Superb alternative to Uber who has refused pick ups when they find out about service dogs.

DO NOT use Z Trip if you are time-tied. I needed a ride to the airport; booked with no problem but then, they gave no indication that they couldn't find a driver. I finally called ten minutes after the driver was scheduled to arrive and there was no choice except to listen to the AI voice who informed me they were still trying to locate a driver, and giving no indication how long that would take. And when I booked I left instructions that I was going to the airport, and thus had a real time dependent situation. I finally had to drive myself to the airport, and take more time with airport park and ride. I will never use them, not reliable.
