Desiree is so cool and takes excellent care of Toby, a yellow mixed Lab Golden Retriever rescue dog. The rates are reasonable and the receptionist n staff is always nice and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Terrible service. They have a new manager who is very dishonest. I called an appointment for my pup and specifically mentioned to book her with the same groomer as last time. She said she did and we proceeded. I told them to cut her the same as last time and NOT to shave her. If there was any concerns to contact me. She failed to listen and shaved my beautiful dog coat off. When I got there to pick her up she tried to say that her coat was tangled. NO you were too lazy to brush her out so you shaved her. The manager then lied saying that I never mentioned to use the same groomer. I'm so disappointed.. not to mention the groomer belittled my animal by saying she wasn't a labradoodle. I would recommend anyone to stay away from these hackers. The picture is of my dogs "matted coat" before I took her in!

My friend always takes her pup here and she loves Zoey's but they have (permanently?) closed. Their number is disconnected and there's a note on the door.

We have two dogs and have boarded at Zoey's for ten years. Our dogs are always happy to get there, they don't seem to care at all that we are leaving them. The day after we pick them up, we always get a call to check on them, and how they are doing, and if we were satisfied with the service. We would recommend the place as a good place to board

I usually take my dog with me when I travel but found myself last minute traveling and with no option staying at a place that doesn't allow pets. The drop off was easy and the cost is affordable, pick up was also pain free and my dog was happy and healthy. If I ever need to board again I will gladly take cura(Belgian mailinois) to Zoe's!

This would be 0 stars if it let me.... Had my little Toy Fox Terrier boarded for 3 nights. When we picked him up we noticed his eye is swollen! When I called they just brushed it off and said nothing happened to him! I'm so angry with them! I WILL NEVER board my dogs there again!

Gretchen the receptionist is continuously rude. Asked me to call back later when I asked to schedule an appointment. If the groomers are booked up for that day she has an 'oh well' attitude. She also threatened to muzzle my dog. I am debating taking my 3 dogs and 15 years of loyalty to Zoe's just because of her. Carrie is a great groomer, but I can't schedule an appointment because of the receptionist's lack of care for the company.

This is a GREAT kennel! We have been using them for 9 years. They take great care of our dog and welcome phone calls to see how our "daughter" is doing. They even call you the next day after you pick up your dog to see if they are doing well. A top notch kennel with a fabulous staff. I rate them 10 *, not 5. Believe it or not, sometimes she lays down at the kennel inside door to the back and we have to coax her out to come home. Our dog loves Zoeys!

A co-worker recently recommended Zoey's for their boarding services. The staff made the entire process easy breezy. The pricing is cheaper compared to other facilities. I was able to get an upgraded "suite" for the same price other places charge for a normal kennel. When I picked my dog up they brought him right out and he was happy and healthy.

Zoey's TLC is the BEST!!! My Westies had a bad experience with a mobile grooming service, but when I started taking them to Zoey's they were calm and happy to be there. The staff made them feel at ease and therefore I felt at ease and knew they were in caring and trusting hands. If I could rate 10+ stars I would. Thank you to all the staff for loving and caring for my furry babies the way I do.
