Zia Pet Grooming

Took my 14 yr old best friend for his groom today. I must say, as many groomers as my little guy has been to. We are military and have traveled all over for 25 years, This has been the Best my little guy has looked. The customer service from Alex, very courteous and professional. Matthew was the groomer, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of our guy. He's been mistreated before being skittish and having diarrhea after his grooms and can't wait to leave. Today he was so happy running everywhere with his tail in full wag mode! That's a great sign. I highly recommend this place. Great curb appeal and smells clean when you walk in.

Happy I found this place on Yelp! It seems like everyone is booked for pet grooming. Luckily I found this place and they had an opening on the same day. Great customer service very friendly and helpful My doggo was filthy with layers of dirt this boy came out looking brand new! His coat was soft and shiny..they brushed his teeth trimmed his nails. I will be returning! I recommend bringing your doggos here if you'd like your dog to come out clean and well groomed!

Do not bring your pets here, actually no the owners are good really good people but Matthew is horrible. They need to fire him asap, my mother inlaws dog has been going there for a few months now everything was good until August 3rd yesterday she picked up zema Matthew dropped zema almost on her head. That was fine accidents happen, well she came home we thought everything was okay till she wasn't being herself... my mother in law treats this dog like a queen never once was she hand shy nothing now she got scared when my mil tried to pet her while drinking. Okay that's just one thing maybe from being dropped, no now when food is around she wants nothing to do with it and that's not normal. She is usually in ur face ready to steal the bite out of ur mouth, all day since she got home she hasn't moved just lying down depressed. something happened we don't know what exactly happened but this dog isn't the same. And her changing like that isn't from an accidental fall. Fire him zia pet grooming for zemas sake. Our dogs will not be going to any groomers because of this we will learn to do it ourselves, we will not put zema in that situation ever again nor any of our dogs. And when the incident was brought up to the owner she denied it and is now ignoring my messages. Trying to say what ever it was was an accident, so idk about the owners anymoreUpdate: the owners are trying to brush off our concerns as if we are making them up, the owners are not doing anything about the issues. Alex and Nicole are doing absolutely everything to cover up everything so their business doesn't fall... they do care more about the money than the animals and it shows.

Zia GroomingI truly don't know where to begin! I did NOT want to post this review!! My intentions were to help out a small business, as I've taken my dogs to Petsmart for years!! But I don't want someone's baby to get hurt!! I took my Furbaby in to get groomed on April 21,2021. I was advised that it would take about 2 hours! 2 hours went by, 3 hours, 4 hours went by. I began texting & calling to no avail Approximately at 4 o'clock I got a call saying Baby was at the vet! I was told it was just a "nick" when I arrived at the vet I could not go in due to Covid protocol. The groomer that took him to the vet hung out a little bit then left. When Baby was brought out to me I just about had a heart attack!! It was NOT a "nick" it was a horrific cut

I would give zero stars if I had the option. I have had my appointment cancelled 1 hour prior to my appointment time by a text message. You would think that they would at least call. This is unacceptable for any business and will not be going back. The owner is rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend Zia to anyone.

Brought my dog in looking for his summer shave this past Saturday. They listened to exactly how I wanted it done and did a fantastic job. Will definitely be back!

zero stars, took my baby girl there. She was totally shaved bald not groomed she was traumatized and scared when i got her home. I asked for a specific cut and received a shave for $60 i got a lot of excuses , too many to list. never again....

Best dog groomer ever! They exactly matched the photo that I provided that I wanted my dogs haircut to look like. My dog is extremely anxious and scared of people but he did really good here. He was even happier and more excited coming home than he was when I took him which says a lot! I was expecting him to be scared but he was in a great mood. The price is very reasonable as well. Very worth it!

A total of 3 times ive been to this place. 1st time id give them a c+ at most. Uneven haircut, nails looked horrible, he sure did soap him up good because my dog smellong good was the only positive.2nd time we went giving them a chance sinve there still pretty new. it already was way worse. They kept my dog for 4-5 hours without calling me to update me at all. I was calling them every half hour after tlthe 3 hour mark. Right away we could tell.it was rushed, even after 5 hours keeping my dogs tied to a pole. Instantly had hair all.over our car. It like they trimmed hin and left all the hair. Our clothes were caked in hair. Again the dogs got a cheap buzz cut at best. Funny these guys claim to be the best around. Thats laughable. They of course offered a discount thinking that was a fix.No here is my idiot move. Going a 3rd time. Professionalism at its worst. No call as usual. Kept our dogs five hours kept claiming they were slammed. When we first walked in they had said :oh we had a cancellation we will.get them in right away". I called 3 hours after drop off. They claimed they needed another hour. Hour passes by we call there saying they have 1 done not the other. I tell them im 5 min away i need to pick them up. I walk in and you can just here them chopping away. I looked and they were shaving one of my dogs. Then quickly started trimming nails. I asked to go back there, owner said come back. Both dogs were berely getting worked on, like shit i might add. Uneven, lazy ass work. Claiming to be the best is a delusion they musy have or they been told that by idiots. It was a disaster. I had to fix the cuys myself when i got home...they took the total from 110 to 80. Only reason i paid is because i didnt wanna involve the cops. I held my temper, my wife freaked out i actually paid them.All i know is it was digusting behavior. Claim to be the best all you want. One day you will have a lawsuit on your hands. My dogs obviously were thirsty and hadnt had waterHopefully they dont last long
