Talk about an easy and simple process. Zia Health made this process for me so much easier than I would of expected during this pandemic. I walked in with no records and the staff was still able to accommodate me and like i said a million times now made it so simple. SB: I went in on September 2nd and my card arrived October 2nd.

The lady at the front seems like she's been asked too many dumb questions in her time there, so I can kind of understand why she's not super friendly. Ed is wonderful and the doctor was super kind! Overall a very simple and quick process! *takes 3-4 weeks to get your card in the mail.

This was where I first went to get my medical card, and the first visit was fine enough. However, I did make an appointment but ended up waiting for at least 45 mins.My real issue is the next year I went back for a renewal. Once again made an appointment and waited a super long time. The problem was that I was charged the full amount for an initial application, NOT the renewal fee. I had no idea it was cheaper to renew than get the initial approval, in fact I didn't find that out until this year. Unbelievable and egregious price gouging. I can't believe I was charged nearly $120 for a renewal.Additionally, the clinic is shabby and the guy at the front desk is kind of creepy. Although my application and renewal were completed fine, they're obviously really dishonest and I don't think patients anywhere should be taken for a ride like this. Check out the dispensaries for initial apps and renewals. The price are way better and the service friendlier and far more compassionate.

If I could give them a zero I would. I used them to get my card. After Paying them a boatload of money, I had to mail it myself. That's ok, I did. I come back a year later to renew. They gave me a good price so I opted to pay the extra and have them mail out for me since I was dealing with a lot personally. They waited over a week after my appt to mail. Knowing my expiration date was in a month. Now my card is set to expire and they haven't even gotten to my name yet. I called zia to find out why, when I paid to have it mailed, did they wait to mail it causing me to be late. They didn't know and they didn't seem to care. They said the owner would call me back but he didn't even bother. Go somewhere else. I know I will from not on. I'm not going to do business with people who treat their customers like that.

For both my initial application, as well as for my first renewal, these folks were very polite and accommodating. The Doctor (initial app) and the Nurse Practitioner (renewal and ppl) were courteous, interested in my welfare, and very professional. They were truly a joy to work with. Both times I walked in and was seen in less than 20 minutes--very reasonable in my estimation. As far as fees are concerned, I was charged the same fee ($35 or $45 I don't remember precisely) each time. Again, very reasonable in my estimation. Of course, there isn't a state fee for the ID card, but the PPL costs $30. The neighborhood isn't all that great, but the people inside the building are wonderful.

Great Service and was able to do a walk in on the spit. Highly recommended they also have a small dispensary in the back that has their flower they grow and all of the top local brands :)​

Professional, courteous, and helpful. I came in, asked my questions and got the answers I was looking for. The doctor even went as far as telling me more about the strains of medical marijuana, which was nice.

Fast, Easy & Most of all..Affordable. Can't recommended this place enough. Family owned, First in business on Albuquerque to help people with debilitating conditions for a natural alternative in obtaining a MMJ card and still going strong helping people like me that enjoys the natural alternative to Self Medication & Relaxation.

Very bad service. The lady at the front desk is so rude to us. She had an attitude from hell and wasn't worth the wait. She denied having the attitude while having an attitude.
