I made the mistake of assuming that Yummy Noodle House was Vietnamese restaurant. Turns out it was Chinese, more or less. Still I was here and hungry anyway.I checked the app and saw some Vietnamese restaurants in the area so I decide to pick the one that was top rated and this one popped up. I was like OK top rated. Let's see what it is like. On arrival, this restaurant was very small. They had only about three tables For a customers to sit in dining in. The person who created me I assumed it was the owner. The good thing about this place is that they had an outlet next to the table I was sitting in, so I ended up asking the owner if I could use the outlet while I was dining. It was nice because my phone was dying, and I needed juice for my phone. With that said, I ended up having Ramen as the meal. He said it was like Pho, since they use a version of the beef noodle soup broth. Vietnamese cuisine is popularized for. I'm like OK whatever. My experience here was about an hour or so. During that time, I saw five people come in and picking up their taking out orders. The price is here that expensive, but it is up there. The menu is limited, buthas a wide breath of offerings. For myself, though, I thought the Ramen was pretty decent and satisfied. Definitely typical and above average, to say the least. It was Delicious and definitely was a good investment to come to this restaurant, even though it wasn't Vietnamese cuisine per se. I would have ample opportunities in Albuquerque to do so to fill up on Vietnamese, but for this night, though, I had Chinese food. In hindsight, though, it probably was the best thing I could have since I was preparing for a lot of fun on Sunday in Southern Illinois (5 days after this experience). The over experience here at Yummy Noodle House in Albuquerque, New Mexico was good and casual while being covertly awesome at the same time. Noodles have a fine way of enriching your soul and enriching your bodies at the same time. That's what it did for me while providing an excellent carbohydrate base for my running endeavors. I was essentially carb loading for a 50 mile race in Southern Illinois that was upcoming. Best to say, carbs are a runner's best friend and was thankful that I was here to have some of that in a form of Ramen. The service here was friendly and definitely professional. The owner answered all my questions that I had about the comparison of Vietnamese food with his options at his restaurant. The Restaurant itself is clean but very small as noted before. The ambience was generally quiet since I was only one dining here on a Monday night after 7:30 PM. I don't think there is any air condition to speak of, but it was comfortable because the weather outside was cold enough to wear it didn't really make a difference. For the most part, though, the experience was enjoyable and definitely well needed. In hindsight, it was an essential part of my buildup for the 50 mile race. I had not known that before, but I'm just thankful that I chose this place. I believe in superstition so that's how it's going to be. I enjoyed the noodles and never usually have noodles and soup on a daily basis so it was a actual treat for me. So, if you're in the area and craving some Chinese soul food, best bet is to get yourself here to Yummy Noodle House to sample the best in Chinese cuisine. If you never had noodles and soup, you may wanna try that first because it's pretty awesome. Definitely recommended if you're in the area. Also, you may want to ask the owner if he has any recommendations for first time in this restaurant.Yummy Noodle House restaurant is located in big time center shopping complex. Physically, it is centralized at 6001 Winter Haven Road NW in beautiful Albuquerque, New Mexico. Like most restaurants nowadays they accept major credit cards as well as cash. As far as parking goes, this restaurant is a part of a large shopping center so parking is plenty people and there is a lot. Best bet is to come here before the lunch or dinner rush to secure the best parking possible. If you're like me, Uber and Lyft is your best friend, especially when you're a tourist and don't want to rent a car. Although rent a car is great for ease and convenience, it can be safe too. Not sure if Albuquerque, New Mexico public transportation system comes to the area, but best thing to do is to look online and see if they do. If they are a major stopping point in the area, best bet is to check anyway. Not saying that this place is a hidden gem, but it could be, very well be! Best thing to do is check it out for yourself and you'll be surprised. Noodles seem to be just as simple thing. A simple pleasure. At times a Guilty pleasure. A happy pleasure.5.0 stars for the overall experience. Support local!A+

I have always liked this place. Have not been here for a while. Glad they have their kids here but they really don't listen, but that's kidsThe menu changed and the place has changed I hope the food has not changed. You can get boba here if you wish. The other drink selections are not much. Service has gotten slower which is sad, might make me not want to come back but I'll wait to see. Inside is clean and a few pictures to make the walls book bare Happy to say still great food here. Different style of fried rice. It comes with cabbage. Not bad at all. Food did not take long. I was worried about that. The experience was as good

This was my first time dining at this location I've always wanted to try it so I decided I would try it. It's a small Mom and Pop restaurant that has minimal seating in there. If you choose to sit down they give you a menu to look at to make your selections for your dining experience.I have to say the service was not that great. That is why I'm only giving three stars. The waitress/cashier was not friendly at all. It was as if we were ruining her day by coming into the establishment, dining and being in her presence. We first ordered the crab ragoons, which was pretty good. The sauce that was served was a sweet and sour dipping sauce. we also ordered the sweet-and-sour pork and the orange chicken, which were both pretty good although just served the way they are in the photos that I posted your entrée and a good scoop of rice. The food was pretty good. But the service was not that great. Maybe next time, we'll get our food to go.

Yummy noodle is run by a family and they had good menu that isn't overly Americanized. I had a braised beef noodles and the chilli paste in it was hot and spicy, so be ware! Otherwise, the service was good..it's more like a casual, hole-in-a-wall family-owned place, so don't expect too much in terms of a variety of menu and fancy dining settings. The prices were reasonable. It wasn't high and it may take a bit for your dish to come out (especially if you go in at the same time as many other people). That said, the family who runs the place is nice and respectful. It's a good way to support a small business in the area for sure. Next time, I would probably try some sort of pan fried noodles since this past time I already had their spicy braised beef soup noodles..and it was yum (even the left over that was eaten a day after was still delicious)!

Ate inside location, received Dirty glasses, the Fried rice was very unimpressive. The young man who was our server was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately did not enjoy the food.

This place is probably a mid/low range Uber eats/grub hub boba place more than a good Chinese restaurant destination. We likely won't be back. The "Spring rolls" are just egg rolls . The amount of non-carbs are minimal (vegetables, meat, seafood) - we got two pieces of veggies in the tofu pho and the fried rice is only rice, soy sauce, and scallions-no eggs or vegetables. In all, okay. They also use a blender in the main sitting area instead of the kitchen, which is annoying. The staff was very nice though. Also- the bathroom has not been cleaned in YEARS-nasty. Nasty!

Found a great ramen place today! I had the egg rolls and the spicy beef ramen, asked for extra spicy. It was so good! The egg rolls were perfectly crispy and filled with pork and veggies inside. It was well seasoned and I didn't really need the dipping sauce. The ramen broth was rich, flavorful and spicy, just as I requested. I thought for sure the beef would be tough, but it was fall apart tender. The noodles were soft, but still had great texture. The icing on the cake was the service. My server was the daughter in law of the owners, who came out to have their lunch before they started the lunch rush. She was friendly and told me about the restaurant, how some of the dishes were prepared and her family. It felt more like I was eating lunch at a good friend's house. I'm looking forward to going back and trying their other dishes. So glad I stopped in!

The pork dumplings and chicken fried noodles were okay at best. The beef teriyaki was terrible, it was just a few small pieces of very dry shaved meat with no sauce. The orange chicken was just some very small battered tough chicken pieces with a half cup of a yellow/orange flavorless liquid you poured over the pieces. We definitely would not order from them again.
