Yoga Art Space

Finding your yoga studio is like finding your therapist. It might take a couple tries, it's a vibe I'm so glad to have found Yoga Art Space & it's owner Whitney, & so glad the studio survived the global panini. There is nothing like an 8am aerial yoga class, let me tell you!

I tried aerial yoga class here in a sort of "why not?" mood after purchasing their 1-month special. LOVED IT! I was afraid it would be too acrobatic or difficult but it was super fun - I have never smiled so much in a yoga class. Whitney was really great about showing me how to get set up my first time. I have more fun each time I go. Aerial yoga feels like playing in a giant hammock. So refreshing! I don't have a super strong back and have always struggled with headstands in other yoga classes - this one makes inversions fun - so fun - and no stress on your back or neck.
