I made arrangements to be picked up at 3am to go to the Albuquerque airport for a 5:45 boarding time and was quoted a flat rate of $112.87. At 1am on the day of the pick up, a young man called and reneged on the promised rate, doubling the charge to $225! He quoted company policy to me, saying that I was not located in Santa Fe, when the address of my hotel was indeed Santa Fe and the rate had already been agreed upon the previous day.After much stress and back and forth, he said it would be the taxi driver's discretion to honor the $112.87, the agreed upon rate, but would not guarantee that the price would be honored. When I called back to cancel after arranging a ride from Green Cab. At a rate of $150, a rude woman cut me off to go get the man, who refused to give his name even though I had the name of Lars, the one who I made arrangements with, and he gave the owner's name. This cab company is completely unethical, unscrupulous, and unprofessional, completely untrustworthy. Do yourself a favor and rent a car if you travel to Albuquerque or Santa Fe, because the taxi and shuttle services are the worst I've seen in this entire country, and I've been to Detroit, MI.

I work in one of the city's many hotels. Yellow Cab needs to remember on which side their bread is buttered -- we give you a great deal of your business. If you have a customer to whom you refuse service (past issues), great. Tell US that when we call. Don't wait until we call back looking for a late cab to mention it -- now the guy you don't want to deal with is mad at me. It's a dick move, and you know it is when you're doing it. Uber and Lyft don't refuse to serve, and they are cheaper, too.

Needed to be picked up at the auto shop, wrinkle: I am in a wheelchair. Robert called and confirmed, early. Called again to verify he was at the right location, helped me load and unload my wheelchair, hung with me while I checked in with the shop and took me home. All with courtesy, humor, and speed. Highly recommend. Uber won't do these things.

Yellow Cab is now zTrip. Ever since the company changed, the service has been less than worthless. (When it was Yellow Cab, they were great.) Now, they refuse to guarantee a cab even when requested many hours in advance. They dispatch at the last minute, and I almost missed a flight when they hadn't even tried to find an available cab requested 4 hours earlier. That's their model: "Service depends on availability". That is absolutely inane. Don't ever use them.

I was at presbyterian Now Albuquerqueat 6400 , on San Pedro.. I ordered the cab at 8:15PM. No once came and I waited 2.5 for it!!!!! It never came although I called multiple times. I waited 2.5 hrs and then got a lift from someone I did not even know!!

I called on Saturday 10/2 to book a ride to the Albuquerque Airport for 10/4, 4:00 AM. We had a 5:40 am flight. My husband and I were standing outside the hotel and 4:00 AM came and went and no one showed up. I called and the guy told me he'll call back in 15 minutes and MAYBE he'll have a driver. He also told me that just because I prebooked doesn't guarantee that I would have a driver! That is absolutely ridiculous! If there is no guarantee that I would get a driver why would I ever use this company again? I wouldn't.It just so happened that as I was giving this guy grief over the phone, I received a text from the airline that my flight was delayed 4 hours so I had time to find other means of transportation.

They screwed me over. I called a day in advance to make sure that they would be able to enter the military base where I live and drive me to the airport. Their driver called at the last minute and said that he was unable to enter the base. I ran out of time and had to park my car at the airport for 30 days and it cost me $170. This company really caused me trouble and I'll do almost anything to avoid them next time.

My wife arrived at Albuquerque airport and called her hotel for a shuttle. They told her their shuttle wasn't operating, and to call Yellow Cab. The hotel would pay for the cab.She waited a very long time for the cab. When it arrived, and the driver found out it was just a short trip, he was furious. He tried to take it out on my wife, and when she told him the hotel asked her to do it he got even angrier. Arriving at the hotel, he grabbed her bags out of the trunk and threw them into the puddles on the sidewalk, then drove off.
