Xtreme CB

This is my 7th time here; 11 phone calls, and nothing, it's like he is never here.The truck wash people say they haven't seen him in 2 weeks? Why do you even own a shop?If you are looking for a good CB shop don't come to this place, obviously he doesn't care about his customers because he is never there and he never answers Bj's phone.

The service here from John is top notch, he really knows his stuff and has a great sense of humor to boot. I noticed he treats all his customers great and he even put up with my overly technical questions. I feel like I got more than my money's worth and plan to refer my friends and acquaintances here in the future. John even taught me how to tune my antenna after he peaked and tuned my Uniden CB radio.

I'm still waiting since 2014 for my radio...Galaxy 2517..sent to him to get repaired ...I paid for repairs and also the cost to ship back...3 years been trying to get back...contacted the BBB already...the next step since I'm a disabled person being taken advantage of , they want me to try make contact 1 more time and if no success they have their local state attorney to make contact...believe me I want my radio back

Great fast, friendly service. Had my Cobra 29LTD in for a boost took like 30 min. Also added a LED and talk back. Its 1000% better. Gave me solid advice to upgrade my antennas he didn't try to sell me a bunch of crap I highly recommend

This guy sold us a radio for $300.00. It burned up twice and the second time he said he'd send it back as it was supposed to be brand new. I kept calling and calling and then finally he told me FU. They also said it was because of our antenna system and he couldn't warranty the radio unless we change the antenna system. Against our better judgement they changed the antenna system and while they were at it they stole numerous items out of the truck and then we had to change the antenna system back ourselves as no radio worked at all. I took him to court and got a judgement from him and he's never paid a dime in over five years. Finally I had the sheriff go out there to take money he had in his cash drawer and he had $67.20. How pathetic is that.

This guy's got $420 worth of my stuff sent in the mail and he's been giving me excuses for 3 weeks he won't send my stuff I tried to have a friend physically come in there today and pick it up and he wouldn't give it to my friend I'm assuming it's because the guy sold my CB and cash the money order.
