The consult and final roof outcome was great. However, we did have a mishap. We understand that they took down our TV antenna and we had to reinstall it. We saw this antenna by our tree separate from the material loaded back into the truck. We did have to leave the house for an hour and came back to no antenna. Sam then told us there was no antenna when they started luckily this was an insurance claim and we had pictures we sent with the antenna. It was really unprofessional of how it was handled (which it wasn't handled at all) We ended up buying another antenna but realized they also took the connecting cord. Something doesn't add up and we ended up losing money. And no tv for a week, with the company accusing us or the wind might have blown it away.. UNPROFESSIONAL. We had a deal for the roof and repair of out fence... after this incident and how it was handled we're not letting this company in our backyard we canceled the repairing of our fence.

Xpress or Infinity Construction Solutions LLC. Whatever you go by charged us for a roof and patio area that was never completed. We paid in full for a job that was contracted out. When it came time to finishing the roof they never came back. BC we received a good amount from the Insurance for other things besides the Roof. We were told it was a gift. Which isn't the case we paid for a complete roof and we're put on hold with an incomplete roof. Now it's raining and the work they did do is getting damaged. Thanks a lot for being good on your word (not really). It Says a lot about your integrity

I can't stress how much I would not recommend these roofers. worst experience as far as dealing with contractors ever. i purchased a brand new TPO roof and leaked since first rain. they came a few times to repair, still leaked and then stopped answering calls. When finally got them to answer we scheduled a few Times and they never showed up. Owner finally told me he didn't care because they weren't going to be around much longer anyway . DO NOT USE THEM!!

Sorry about the other bad reviews; Matt was professional, his crew did a great job, on time and on budget. Only took a day to do the whole thing. Also, they did a good job on the clean-up.I'd recommend him (and have been recommending him to my friends).

I hired Xpress to replace damaged siding and fascia, paint the exterior of the house and install gutters. I got competitive bids and selected Xpress based on customer reviews.I was quoted 5-7 days to complete the job. Then it was determined that all of the siding needed to be replaced because no matching siding could be procured. We agreed on a change order that I think was fair and pretty generous actually.The job started on March 2nd and was completed in early May - 2 months not the 5-7 day estimate.Gabe talks a good game, but don't expect him to deliver without holding his feet to the fire.In all there were 5 crews, each one sent to either clean up the mess or finish the incomplete work of the prior crew. Supervision, communication, coordination and quality control were all serious issues.There are many things I am still cleaning up or finishing. For example: the painter (Sammy) sprayed the front door while still mounted on the hinges. He ended up spraying the floor and ceiling inside the house. I chose not to have him clean it up because I was afraid he would just make a worse mess.The gutters installed all leaked with the first rain. And leaked even after they came to seal a second time.The workmanship was very poor from start to finish! This taught me a lesson - don't rely on internet reviews. Get referrences and check them out thoroughly!
