Xin Xin Cafe & Boba

Xin Xin Cafe is a cute Cafe nestled in a small plaza with Sushi Xuan and Papa John's. In fact, it's the sister shop to Sushi Xuan, named after the owner's daughter! It's a small shop, but plenty of room to just chill and do work bc they plenty of outlets to charge your devices and Wi-Fi. I think it's so cool they serve boba, but also high quality espresso. They have a huge espresso machine! I tried their Cookies n Cream boba drink and the boba was perfectly chewy and the drink had the perfect sweetness and ratio of creamy and texture from the cookies. They also add black tea to it too. They also serve mochi ice cream with unique flavors like matcha, black sesame, and rose. They also serve sweet beads from a local bakery and sometimes savory noodles in a bag!I definitely recommend coming by yourself or bringing your friends and family. It's Asian- owned and super friendly. Can't wait to treat myself again!

Local coffee fun vibes and happy staff! Stacy rocked my world with her knowledge of coffee. They serve locally roasted beans and sell whole bean coffee as well. (I'm a coffee roaster and don't waste my time on gas station mud water.) She made me a delicious Americano and they had organic cream! I'm happy I stopped in after months of driving by it's a different world inside and the other patrons were equally if not more stoked to be there. (Good community energy) Definitely try the black sesame Mochi for a small sweet cool treat!

My boyfriend and I popped in here after driving by and seeing it. Neither of us are avid milk tea/boba drinkers but we've been to a couple other places in town and have friends that really love it. Sadly the first thing I noticed when we walked in though was the smell. It smelled like Nair which if you know that smell you know its not very appetizing. I want to say maybe it was just a cleaning product mixed with the cooking boba smell but I can't say for sure. We just stopped in to get drinks and go so I'm not sure if that was just a bad moment or if it always smells like that. The women at the counter was very friendly. I know they cook their boba in house because she mentioned it but neither of us like boba so I can't comment on that. I ordered a coconut milk tea and my boyfriend got a mango tea with jasmine as the base. Both of us really liked our drinks but I will say mine was not what I expected. It didn't strike me a milk tea but more like a good coconut smoothie before its blended. The milk teas I've had before have a very specific texture that this did not. Like I said, it was really good and I would order it again but if someone handed it too me and asked what it was I wouldn't say milk tea. They have pastries there from a local bakery. We didn't buy one but I've had food from that bakery and it is very good. The other reason I am giving it three stars is the price. Both of our drinks were $6 each and that is the smaller size (16oz). I know that is not super expensive for milk tea/boba but since we ordered simple drinks and the cups had lots of ice, I'm not quite sure it is worth it for me. I would recommend going in and trying it for yourself.

Cute little tea and coffee shop! I got the tiger stripe sugar milk tea and it was really tasty. Convenient location right before I-40 if you are on your way somewhere. I will definitely be a regular, as it is on my way to work!

Employees fraudulently charged extra over 50$ extra for a 7 dollar drink. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you want to avoid any kind of hassle.

i got a drink from here and it was $7 i left a 1$ tip and then it showed 40$ at the end . they never gave me my money back and actually deleted my last review . wouldn't recommend this place if you don't wanna get scammed .
