We had occasion to go into the store to return equipment as we had changed our services with Comcast. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service. We were greeted immediately upon entering and shown where to sit. About 5 minutes later, we were directed to Terrance at a desk to complete our transaction. Terrance was still in training and was very friendly and efficient. We were able to take care of everything we needed quickly. Thanks for making an experience I typically don't enjoy or look forward to quick and easy.
