My hip X-ray was read by the El Camino radiologist, Dr. Depper. My physician noticed a suspicious spot & Dr. Depper immediately asked me to bring in my MRI & X-Ray from Las Cruces. He consulted with 2 other radiologists & called me twice! The end result is that he found early stage very unusual necrosis. I have scheduled an appointment with a surgeon. When I told Dr. Depper, that he deserved a raise & I would talk to his boss, he laughed and told me that he was in charge. This man is amazing! It's not just what the test shows- it's HOW the people at El Camino interpret the picture. Dr. Depper is amazing!

If I could give this place -3 stars I would. Upon scheduling appointment. I made it clear that I needed ADA reasonable accommodations for masking since I am immuno compromised. They assured me that that wasn't necessary because this location always masks so I felt extremely safe and confident in this location prior to arriving. Upon arrival there was not a single person masking in the facility. There was a worker on a ladder working on the front door blocking entrance, definitely not compliant with OSHA standards. I checked in and proceeded to tell the clerk that I was requesting ADA reasonable accommodations for masking and she wasn't too pleasant about it. Was taken to the lower level to do examination. It was a four hour exam I was there for. It was dirty. They had me sit at a little stainless steel table to eat what can only be described as a sponge egg sandwich that tasted like sardines. The table was absolutely filthy with smudges, crumbs, and a bunch of filth on it, clearly had never been cleaned. They tried to place my food on a absorbent pad, that was not fresh; It had a crumb, sprinkled all over it from God knows who, or how long back. I was utterly disgusted at the lack of cleanliness, the horrible provided "food", and how uncomfortable and dirty the waiting room was. If you're looking to get any sort of exams, x-rays or MRI I highly recommend RAA, they are clean, friendly, efficient, and have the latest technology and the cleanest facility.

Do not recommend at all! My mom was in their office Thursday morning for a chest x Ray for potential pneumonia from Covid and we have no results. My mother is incredibly ill and her situation has worsened while her doctors have been waiting on the results, and we are now in a potentially life threatening situation due to the lack of urgency from this office. We should have had results within 24 hours at a minimum, and now we are at 48 hours with no hope of hearing anything before Monday. Now on our way to the hospital with someone who could have been much better served with results yesterday. Thanks guys - glad this is who my mother trusted with her medical needs.

Very rude unprofessional people work here!!! NEVER AGAIN explain that you let them know the situation over the phone and the medical assistance with attitude well I didn't talked to you so idk. Then another goes and tells someone very loud there not gonna deal with me because I need to be accompanied very unprofessional

In reference to the billing department. I had a medical emergency in Alamogordo and needed a CT scan at the local hospital. I did receive a bill from them, but due to my insurance company giving me the run around as to where to submit the bill, XRANM sent the bill went to collections. My complaint is that I called XRANM repeatedly (mostly spoke to Victoria, who was not helpful) to please not send it to collections, that I am having problems with my insurance company, and that I'm doing my best to get it paid, but they sent it anyway. The day before it was slated to go, I gave XRANM a payment in order to intercept the collections order, only to find out the next day that they sent it anyway. Even my insurance company called them to please send them a copy of the bill and not to send it to collections. It took me nearly a year to straighten this mess out. Thanks for the headache.

Billing department, specifically:Over billed me and didn't issue refund when promised. This is one of the worst billing departments I've ever dealt with. First, I received a bill for 945.30. I called the office to set up a payment plan. It took forever on hold and when the woman finally answered she put me on hold and never picked backed up. I called again and no answer. Ok, so I'm spending my time trying to pay someone! I went online and was able to set up three payments. After paying faithfully, XRANM took a fourth payment for 315.10!!! Right off my credit card. I called and spoke to Nicolai. Somehow I got through this time. He agreed four payments were taken and said they were issuing a refund. Yes, Nicolai claimed, the refund was in process already. Week one - no refund issued. I had to go to my bank to dispute the payment. It's been more than one month and I still have no refund. Meanwhile, yesterday I got a bill in the mail from XRANM for forty dollars, supposedly due from a scan in July! After I already paid them months ago when they billed me the initial amount. The gall of this department! They make the whole operation look bad. I hope I get my 315.10 soon. Until then I won't pay you forty dollars. Get your act together.

Jackie, the mammogram tech who works here, is so supportive of women and their health care. She is an excellent communicator about mammograms, very knowledgeable, kind, confident, and puts people at ease. I appreciate that X-Ray Associates has such competent professionals working there.

The staff at XRANM Corrales is incompetent, irresponsible and rude. 3 times I had to reschedule my appointments and 3 times I was told they had another time in their system. The last time, I called the morning of my appointment to confirm and a lady asked me to be there 15 min. When I arrived at the arranged time, a front desk lady (mature, blond, glasses, bad attitude, complaining of patients in front of me), told me bluntly my appointment was the following week and there was nothing she could do. When I told her I confirmed that morning, she asked for the name of the person, which of course I didn't have. I asked her what difference did that make and she kept arguing I had to come back the following week. No customer service, no apologies, no consideration of my time, just excuses and bad attitude. Of course, they are one of very few options in NM and the lack of competition makes them feel we have to suck it up. I don't care if I have to drive 2 hours, I'm NEVER going back to any of the XRANM locations. If you have that kind of people as the face of your business, you don't care about your professional image.

The absolute best in Albuquerque. I have had surgery on each foot now. I have never had one single complaint. Healed quickly and wore high heels to a wedding within six weeks of the second surgery. I lived for years in pain and with fear of bunion surgery because of horror stories. So sorry that I did not do it years before. No issues at all and I am in my 70's. Dr Cobb was just THE BEST!!!
