I agree with Janet! Management parked their car in front of my mobile home. When we moved in the current manager was the receptionist. When she became manager power went to her head! Rent we paid was 560.00 plus water and sewage. Oh I can't forget of the garbage collector's. So, we moved out! Thank God!By the way, I got the best attorney for the job. And the tow truck company that helped out ready to remove car... Ha! Bitch moved her crappy shit car.Do not move here! They hold you and your home captive. Anyone needs help let me know!

They changed the name to east gardens ,seems like they change owners every year,place is a dump,crime ridden,shootings,druggies walking around,water pipes busting all the time,rent goes up every year it's at $648 for space water n sewer another $60 trash is $15 for 1 can,recycle fee 3.46 ,total rent is $720 a month,imagine that one.this rodent infested place needs to be shut down

The worst place to live. It's easy to move in your mobile home. the managers act nice and tell you how they proud themselves as they will work with you. But when it's time to move out your home, they make you pay $1500.00 move out deposit plus the next month rent, plus clean your area. And they say you'll get your deposit back within days. Fast forward 3 months later we haven't get our $1500.00 deposit back and we are receiving rent invoices with a $1500 credit which they are taken rent from. Then they block your number when you are trying to call them. It's outrageous. The managers are not local they come from other states than they just disappear with your money. The park is ghetto but the managers and the corporation are more thug out.

Don't move in here! Rent is $480 plus water and sewage! Broken glass, feral cats fighting and mating, dog poop everywhere, bad kids messing up your yards, the swimming pool, and USPS mailboxes! 9-28-15 the USPS removed the outgoing mailbox so I email USPS to ask why--this is the response I received: The blue collection box that was at your trailer complex was taken out due to safety concerns that were raised by the mail carrier. Apparently people had been using it as a waste bin for contaminated needles, presumably from irresponsible insulin users or even worse, heroin users. Needles showed up in the bin so commonplace that it was happening daily. We cannot allow our mail carriers and collections personnel to be exposed to such a vile and dangerous threat, thus the elimination of the collection box. There were also smaller collection boxes in the silver multiple box units that you all get your mail in. The only thing is, people were throwing used needles in there too.Worst thing--you will not receive help from the park management!Ghetto ghetto ghetto! Will be moving out soon!
