I had some serious wiring issues in my tri-plex rental. Although it was the landlord who originally contracted with them, I was so impressed with how well Matt did his job and explained everything to me. Also, he had to come back and when I was left without any a/c at all the owner called and rescheduled to return ASAP. He and Matt both did an excellent job of fixing everything. I would highly recommend this local company.
