Wolff Heating Cooling and Plumbing

Very happy with Wolff. My heater stopped working overnight. Called Wolff before 8:00 and left message. Within 30 minutes I got a call back. They came out early afternoon. Not only did they fix the heater they gave me a quick troubleshoot lesson. Will definitely call them again if my HVAC has issues.

Our water heater was over 10 years old and it started cycling heat on most of the time. Based on positive reviews, we called Joe, of Wolff Heating Cooling and Plumbing to replace it. First, he said he needed to make sure we didn't have a leak. Well...we had a slab leak. He referred us to a fantastic plumber (Eddy Ks Plumbing and Heating) that fixes leaks under slabs and he did a phenomenal job. We still wanted to replace the water heater so Joe was patient while all the excavation, repair, and restoration work was done. Joe did a great job replacing our water heater and even built a new stand/table for it. We were billed what we were quoted and he showed up on time and was very professional. We will definitely call him for any future heating, cooling or plumbing needs.

Incredibly accommodating and professional, Wolff was able to fit me in right away for a seasonal heating/cooling switch when others were scheduling out ten days to two weeks. Adam arrived right on time, finished the job with lightning speed, and though he was super friendly and knowledgeable, I hardly noticed him doing the work!Wolff is a hidden Albuquerque treasure, so don't tell a soul. ;) I kid--tell everyone you know at your earliest convenience.

Our water heater stopped heating water, on a weekend so I requested a visit from a heating, cooling, plumbing company. Yelp shared the request with a few other firms. Joe Wolff responded in just a few minutes. He was able to give me a time in the next morning when he would be able to stop by. He arrived on time and I couldn't be happier that he did. He was everything you hope for in that situation. He is intelligent, honest, sincere and told me everything I needed to know to make a decision. He answered all of my questions and when I told him what I wanted he immediately went to work. He worked efficiently and did a perfect job. I can recommend him without reservation. If I need something else done I will go directly to Joe without hesitation.
