I just had James finish the new trim on our two garage doors (among other things), and I have to say I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and overall good disposition. It was a wholly enjoyable business transaction. Highly recommended.I never thought I'd be recommending a garage door company, but I was wrong.

We ask this company to add material at the bottom and the sides of the garage door to discourage rodents from slipping underneath. Our service guy came promptly and did the job quickly as well as applied oil to all the bearings in the garage. He was very friendly and a pleasure to work I highly recommend this business.

Purchased the garage door 9 months ago, since then it has been necessary for Windsor to come by twice for adjustments. Both times the tech was on time, experienced, and professional. It's good to see a company standing by its product. The garage door is working perfectly right now.

I suppose that it had I mentioned my propensity to forget letters on top of my truck before pulling into my garage Windsor doors may have given me a stouter garage door. It's fair to say that running into the garage door multiple times with the ladder on top of my truck would not be Windsor doors fault. Far more important to say is that their willingness to come out within 2 hours of my call to repair inspect analyze options for improving door impresses me. The technician, Sergio, is a prince.

Windsor Doors installed 4 garage doors for me several years ago in Mountainair, NM area. I have been their loyal customer for all these years. I have a garage door operator that needs replacement. I scheduled a date for replacement but I had to a vehicle in the garage that would not start. So I had to cancel until I could get the vehicle started and get it out of the garage. We had agreed on a price with a trip charge I was happy to pay. When I tried to reschedule I got a lot of nonsensical remarks but no willingness to reschedule. I asked to speak to Andy but to date he has not responded. So much for customer service from the family owned business since 1970 they proudly brag about on their website.

Removed old torsion springs and installed NEW torsion springs.Lubricated rollers, hinges and springs.Lubricated screwdrive rail and adjusted force.Garage door opens and closes so quietly and smoothly. I have been trying for almost a year to have someone from this company come out and give me an estimate, long story short they finally sent a guy to do an estimate. After one year of calling. He dosen't tell me what the job will cost, just says he will get back to me. He never did even though I called and emailed him. what does it take to get a job done around here.

I've used BDC Door ABQ, reliably for many years. However, this time was different, unfortunately. They installed a Liftmaster last October (2021). The remote sensors stopped working. BDC said they don't offer a warranty! Last Friday morning the tech thought he had fixed it, but had to come back later that afternoon. He couldn't fix it, so gave me my check back. He said they would call me Monday for prices on new operators. The tech (a nice guy) did help me by installing a lock, which gave me some relief that the garage door was secure at night. But I was stuck lifting the garage door all weekend to come and go. Monday morning I called the company - a lady said she would call me back with prices. They never called me back. I called another company (Windsor Door), who quickly figured out that the problem was the travel gauge - A $30 part. He also noticed my cables were frayed, and he replaced them. So instead of being out another $400, my bill was less than half that. But my nerves were frayed by the lack of completion and indifference by BDC.I know people are busy these days and it's the middle of a long, hot summer.I plan to use Windsor Door (hopefully not soon) for garage door service :-)

I did a contact from their web page. I got an email requesting my phone number so I could be contacted by phone. I was NEVER contacted by phone - even though I called their office number. The person that contacted me by email was Adrian Johnson. Maybe they really didn't want my business. I finally went with another company. I had my new garage door opener setup installed 3 days after my call to another company. They installed it on a Saturday at no extra charge.
