This firm will waste your time and effort. Very rude and combative when trying to get details on case.Will Ferguson personally withdrew his firm from our case because I gave feedback for a negative experience I had with his receptionist. She hung up on me using call avoidance and when I complained , Will then called me to withdraw from case rather then take the helpful feedback and address his internal concerns and issues. Terrible malpractice in my opinion!
