Linda is so kind and knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time with us making sure my mom found a wig that helped her feel good and teaching her how to wear and take care of it. Linda made what could have been a sad milestone into an experience of support.

Linda was so incredibly helpful and kind while helping my Mom pick a wig as she moves through cancer treatment. She had helpful tips and ideas. She definitely guided my Mom and helped her figure out what would work best. Her kindness and professionalism was so welcomed. The store was tidy and had a lot of options and accessories too!

So OK, I wasn't exactly thrilled to wake up in June to find most of my hair on the pillow. (No covid that I know of, yes: vaxxed, no new meds, no other changes, and nobody can say what triggered this autoimmune nonsense, but there I was.) Hair: gone. "May come back." Meanwhile... I can only do so much with hats and scarves. Went to try on a few and found two I liked a lot better than how I'd looked seeing myself in the mirror. Linda was patient, encouraging, understanding--part psychologist, part fashion consultant. The wig will take some getting used to, but I'm grateful to have this alternative, as I feel far more comfortable going out with it on than I would without it. Great, helpful service, and quality products.

I took my Mom here at the beginning of January. She is very indecisive and tried on at least 10 different wigs. She didn't want to spend too much $$, etc. The folks were sooooo patient. We finally got a wig and, surprisingly, my mom wears it several times a week. When someone in the bridge club gives her a compliment--she immediately chirps "It's a wig!"A few weeks ago, I went by to pick up wig shampoo, etc. They had her name and wig on file and gave me very complete instructions. We have since washed it and it came out beautifully. These people know their products and really seem to care that their customers are satisfied with their purchase. All I can say about the first review is that, since the shop is small, perhaps they felt more paranoid than was warranted. In any case, my experience was quite different and I may invest in a wig for myself. If I do, I will definitely come here!

I have gone to this store many times over the years and have bought three wigs and a hair piece . At first their prices were reasonable but they were not always friendly. When I went in for a ponytail,the owner whispered under her breath,go to Sally's. Any way their wigs were $100.00- $200.00. Now they moved to a smaller store across the street and their wigs are $400.00! Plus they tell you your insurance will cover most of the cost of a wig per year if you have a medical reason for hair loss and they would write up the receipt for two wigs to look like one wig so I could get 65% of $800.00 paid to me by the insurance company. They also told me bring the wigs back anytime for free work on them. So I got my doctor to write a prescription and sent it to my insurance company, they denied my claim! So I had to pay all of the $800.00. When I took in one wig to have it fixed because it came unseen after wearing it only one month,they charged me $45.00. They told me when I came to pick up the wig after they had worked on it that it would cost me $45.00. Then when I went to wear it I saw that they had not even fixed the last two rows of hair. I did not go to them with these complaints because I had no energy to fight with the owner. She is very pleasant when you are buying but not if you are complaining. Also after doing research on wigs I found that $400.00 is the cost of the best synthetic wig and the average cost would be $200.00. They way over charge,lie about after care and insurance coverage and when I had a person cut bangs for me on a wig they were awful! She didn't know how to cut hair at all! They are one of the only wig places in Albuquerque but from now on get wigs from Amazon. Do research and pick out a wig. If you don't like it return it,that is it. You can't return anything to Wigs Wigs Wigs.

How long has WIGS WIGS WIGS been running the same commercial?I swear Linda and her daughter(?) have been doing this commercial since at least 2003 when I first came to NM...and in the same clothes.

We had a wonderful experience at this fabulous wig store. Andrea helped my Mother find the perfect wig and custom fit it to her head. Andrea was so patient and understanding and let my Mother try on as many wigs as she wanted too. My compliments to Andrea, she really helps her customers and her customer service skills are excellent. What a fantastic store!Their prices were so reasonable and we are customers for life.

I LOVE THESE LADIES!!!!My hair has become thin, not regrowing after 2.5 years of cancer treatment, so I decided to look into getting a wig. Gloria spent a couple of hours with me, trying this one and that one. I left for lunch, and came back with two friends. We all four together decided on the right choice (which turned out to be the one Gloria had recommended all along). Linda (owner) pulled out her razor and shears, and cut THE PERFECT style. Next day, I had some questions, and Andrea helped me and answered all my concerns, and taught me some more tips. These people were patient, kind, NOT pushy, skilled, incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and obviously love what they do. Their products are high quality, too. I know in my heart that if I walked in with questions months or even years from now, they would welcome me and take care of whatever I needed. Oh yeah--I get compliments from strangers and friends alike, even from a flight attendant as I was getting off the plane. You will not be disappointed, and your new look will do WONDERS for your ego!

This wig shop and salon is the best! I just bought my first wig and Gloria was so helpful and understanding about my hair concerns, apart from being the most lovely lady! The whole staff is absolutely wonderful and I recommend Wigs Wigs Wigs if you are looking for high-quality wigs, variety, and the most lovely staff who will go out of their way to make you feel beautiful and welcome.
