Stopped in to pickup some donuts after morning hike after driving from ABQ.. we picked up a variety of different donuts and everything was pretty good. Highlights for me was the green chilie apple fritter, which was just ok for me. You can taste and see the green chilie but the texture was not like a normal apple fritter. The Boston cream was good, wish there was more filling, but the chocolate frosting tasted like chocolate from m&M's.Overall pretty good, nothing to complain about, but I wish there were a little more fluffly. Would come back next time we're in Santa Fe.

I heard of this place from a Santa Fe visitor newsletter and decided to stop by before going to ghost ranch. This review is based on the blueberry lavendar corn donut. I expected it to be alittle like corn bread but it was crunchy, coarse with very little flavor except for the glaze. Maybe I got a dud, I don't know but I won't be coming back anyways. I had better donuts elsewhere. Also, I got there first in the store and was waiting at the cash register but the worker there went straight to another customer. Annoying.

So good I had to stop half way through a donut to write a 5-star review! I can confidently say these are the best donuts in the World, and I've honestly tasted a ton of donuts from countries across the globe. Perfect textures, different than most donut places and far better. Not overwhelmingly sweet....perfect. We've tried all the fancy Voodoo (and knockoffs) in Denver, Albuquerque, Vegas, and Whoo's is far superior to anything we've found. Can't believe we haven't been in before today. Thank you for the recommendation, mom!

OVERALLQuaint donut shop in Santa Fe, NM offering delicious, unique flavors and some indoor dining seats.RATING BREAKDOWNFood: 5 | Service: 5 | Ambiance: 4 | Price: 4PARKINGMinimal free parking in a shared plaza lot.LOCATION/AMBIANCEWe stepped into Whoo's Donuts on February 17, 2024 to pick up a dozen to-go. The adobe-style building has a large window out front with its entrance just to the left. An owl is of course the mascot of their sign. This small place is close to two highly popular roads in the state's capital: Cerrillos Road and Saint Francis Drive. When we walked in, we immediately gravitated to the glass display of dwindling offerings because by that point it was about almost noon.THE GRUBMy young daughters were dying to try all of the flavors. Since we were on a mini vacation, I opted for the "mixed dozen" for $31. All of their donuts are "fresh from scratch daily." I recommend warming them up which will take a bit longer than normal donuts as these are dense! Our favorites:+ Berry round glazed (it's so good!) + Blue corn blueberry lavender (I would get this one again and again) + Blue corn maple pecan+ Boston cream+ Choco red chile bacon+ Chocolate galaxy+ Chocolate Long JohnMy coffee fix was already cured by that time, however, they do offer a variety of coffees and espressos. Additionally, they sell breakfast burritos and kolaches.SERVICEFriendly & welcoming!MY FAVORITE PART...The blue corn blueberry lavender donut!NOT SO FAVORITE PART...The prices, but that's everything in Santa Fe.

Got a taste of Whoo's donuts at a local coffee shop with the classic blue corn lavender blueberry and immediately set out to find more! And more I found! Whoo's has so many incredible flavors at their storefront and I don't think you can go wrong when choosing what to put in your dozen!

My favorite donut shop in Santa Fe! I got there 7am since they tend to sell out. My favorite was the blue corn one. So many options and they stayed fresh the next day. The inside is small but cute, enough space to eat your donut and coffee. The staff was also super helpful

While in town, my husband grabbed a few donuts to try. The lavender on a blue corn donut was perfection. The chai donut unfortunately just tasted like a plain glaze. Also grabbed a chili fritter of some type. Again, no flavor but the taste of fried bread. The last one was lemon with pistachios. It was really good. So 2/4 we really liked. The other 2 were not bad though. Just not as flavorful.

After reading other reviews we decided to try Whoo's Donuts. My wife ordered a dark chocolate crunch donut. It was ordinary at best. I love apple fritters, but after seeing what they called an apple fritter, I chose to pass.

Oh my goodness, this was a solid donut.I stop by on a recent road trip to Denver because you know need a good snack for the road. We arrive to a short line and were able to just check out the different flavors and decide on a few. I went with the blue corn, blueberry lavender, which was amazing. The icing was tart and flavorful and the dough was so unique but very cakey with a blue corn twist. I also did get a second donut, which I believe was a white chocolate pistachio, but I didn't end up eating it because I was full from the first. The shop is small and very casual, but I know that they have breakfast burritos available and of course a selection of coffee drinks. I would absolutely come back.Random note, my friend had an interesting interaction with the barista who asked what we were doing, and when she mention we were on a road trip to Denver he asked if we were going to Massachusetts? Very random interaction that I just had to share.

Back again to partake of their fabulous donuts. This time lavender corn donut and it was delish. I wish I could get there more often. These ARE the BEST in Santa Fe. Even sold at the Farmers Market.
