Lunch from What the Truck was delicious! The service was fast and friendly - I really appreciated them timing the fries just right so they were fresh! I like more salt on my burger but glad there is the option to add vs over salted.I write this when WTT is open at the Santa Fe Airport for curbside service, which was fast and friendly. I called ahead to order and they made sure the timing was perfect. They have a weekly rotating menu so check out their FB page for current options https://www.facebook.com/whatTHEtruckcatering/Also, I love that they have a "pay what you can" and donate so many meals to organizations feeding those needing a meal in Santa Fe.

Place is NOT 24/7!! Don't waste your time going there like we did!! We went there thinking they would be the spot after 11pm,....and they're was NOTHING.

This catering service is the best I have ever encountered! The food is delicious, the staff is excellent, and the whole experience has been top notch! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Very disappointing they're not closer to town or have a "pay what you can tab" on their website. No houseless, less fortunate human is gonna walk all the way to Bishop's Ridge on the old Santa Fe trail. When they close early. I used to work with Victoria in high school. We would donate food to BF young for thanksgiving dinners and give back to community. Iwould love to work with her again to set up more fundrainer. Best Cristina Medina

Victoria and her team did an amazing job catering our 3 day event for all meals. They accommodated all dietary restrictions, provided a variety of healthy and TASTY options, and were always on-time, organized, willing to help, and friendly. I am very happy with the the service provided and recommend them for any catering events.

The menu changes every week, we had to visit twice last week for the shrimp and grits. They were perfect! The burger and mac and cheese were also impressive. Looking forward to our next visit.
