Today I had the worst customer experience in my life. My dad is working on a fence in my yard and we went and purchased almost $400 worth of concrete. We needed more so I took the concrete trailer back to purchase more. The owner was visibly irritated, extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked him if he was okay, he said not really and told me that I didn't need to be there if I didn't like it. Giving him the benefit of the doubt and trying to brush it off, I walked into the office to pay and told the lady in the office what I had just experienced. At first, she apologized and the proceeded to tell me that I needed to leave after identifying the employee as the Owner. Obviously, this is how they run their business. We try to support small businesses but in this case, I will take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do too!
