This review is for the spa side. I have been a regular client of Kathy's for a couple of years now and she is highly skilled! She gives the best facial - my skin always feels incredibly refreshed afterwards. She is friendly and provides great service, taking the time to help me relax and answering any questions I may have about their top quality facial products. I highly recommend Kathy's services. This review is for the spa side. I have to say the front desk is absolutely wonderful. She's helped me book and schedule several different consultations and appointments, and she is so friendly and sweet. I will also say Olivia is awesome. She's a super skilled injector who knows what she's doing and is all about helping you achieve the results you're looking for. I definitely trust her judgement. She is happy to answer your questions and is very knowledgeable. I swear I asked her about 75 annoying questions because I was nervous and she was very good-natured and sweet about it. She took the time to make me feel like I had the information I needed to feel confident in what I wanted to do. I recommend asking for her for your appointment!

After recently, moving back to New Mexico, I needed to find a dermatologist. Even though they received some bad reviews, Western Dermatology was the only place that was accepting new patients, without a referral, in a timely manner. I am so glad I booked my appointment with them! I saw Loretta today and she was very thorough and easy to communicate with. I had a yearly skin check and a biopsy done on a sketchy mole. She and her assistant took a lot of time with me and had great bedside manner.

I just received a microdermabrasion and found it to be refreshing. I did expect a longer session than 25 min for a $105 dollar treatment. It felt rushed but I did enjoy the experience. My true complaint would be on the customer service or lack of at the front desk. This blonde haired woman was not friendly and when I asked her how her day was she simply answered "good" and went back to asking me questions about a future session. No conversation to be had here. I have experienced this before which is unfortunate. I found it difficult to find prices for some of the treatments so felt it was worth putting how much my microdermabrasion was. Its all business here don't expect a spa treatment relaxed sitting, your here to get your treatment and nothing more. Wait, maybe more, as they always ask about buying their products. I get it, but Im not wealthy.

I was treated on the SPA side of this Dermatology Clinic. Olivia provided me with expert care. She knows about fascial muscles and how to soften all sorts of skin creases and lines. She is skilled in fillers, and applied them gently with great results. I've been a client of this SPA for over 5 years and trust their clinicians and nurses.

They took my co-pay, scheduled the procedure, and then we showed up for procedure and was told "we don't accept" your insurance. We followed up with the referring provider to their reply is to "not refer to them because of the reoccurring problems"

I had been a medical/surgical patient at Western Dermatology for some years, but not recently. I called for a medical appointment, and was informed that as I was a "new" patient (not seen in three years, when they acquired new software, and I became "new",) I therefore was not eligible to be seen because Medicare was my primary, and they no longer were accepting Medicare patients! Medicare patients beware. You may no longer be eligible to be seen if you are "new", ie., not seen recently. Never mind if you have excellent secondary insurance, as I had. If you have Medicare, Medicare is your primary.Good luck.

This review is for the dermatology side. I've been twice; both times the doctor is running late. The last time it felt very rushed and my two issues were addressed at the last minute and not thoughtfully or thoroughly. The doctor was distracted and rushed. I will not be going back. Front desk staff could use more training in engagement and professionalism.

We really like Carol, NP, but trying to get someone to call us back to get a doctors note for my daughters school has been very frustrating. we've left two messages this week, and now 5 days later, nothing.
