I have been using Western Dermatology for over 10 years and I love them. They are very thorough and take their time explaining things to you. I go every year for my yearly check up and even if they see something that doesn't look right they are on it. The spa is great as well.

Always have a good experience here. Doctor has been treating my family and myself for years. I've never had an issue. Maybe because I can follow directions and because I'm not an adult toddler that can't read or understand office rules and appt etiquette. Seriously these complaints are laughable.

Walked in with my 3 children and was told that only the client and parent could be in there. I wish this would have been communicated to me before I showed up for the appointment. Then the rude receptionist said they could not see us because they didn't accept my secondary insurance. Again, this should have been communicated me before we actually showed up for the appointment. Now I have to find somewhere else to take my son after waiting an entire month for this appointment. So disappointing. They could care less.

My first impression of the front desk staff is they don't seem to like there job. They do not acknowledge you when you walk in the door and to me don't seem very friendly. As for my experience with the physician Carol Purcell, she was friendly but dident really help with my situation. I used this dermatologist for over a year and hardly saw a difference. After voicing my concerns, all my physician would tell me is it could take some time to see changes. Weird because I recently visited another dermatologist and saw changes in about one month, as well as my current dermatologist has offered me different solutions to my skin problem as Carol never did and wanted me to keep doing the same thing she suggested which was not working.On the bright side her assistant was very friendly and helpful. She was always more than happy to answer any questions I had. She was one of the few that seemed to like working here. This is the only reason I am giving this dermatologist two stars.In conclusion, I would never recommend this dermatologist and know other patients that have had similar experiences. Do some research and find a dermontalgest who will not waste your time.

They just lost a new patient! After waiting over a month and a half for an appointment, got screwed out of my appointment after I received verbal confirmation that the amount of time I was late was ok! Taking my business elsewhere!

something about this place each time I go, makes me sick to think about going again. I was treated so rudely!!! I made an appt for a yearly check, Dr Einhorn asst. said something to me that made my jaw drop. she said "you dont have a history of skin cancer, nor your family. Why are you here? back up a little, I called and made an appt for a yearly check and to have a couple of spots reviewed. the gal said they had a cancellation and could schedule me for that day. I went in and this rude lady said again "we "fit" you in, we don't have time for you and you dont have evidence of cancer anyway" honestly so shocked to this day over how badly I was treated. I also had a laser treatment with their PA and for 5 grand it really didn't do very much!!! needless to say, I cancelled my next appt with them and will not go back!! one thing I do what to say is Hallie is great!!! go for the peels on the spa side. not on the medical side!!! rude rude rude!!! never ever again!!!!!

Rude scheduling desk. I called to reschedule my daughter's apt and they told me that she was a no-show for her last apt but we had cancelled that apt. The receptionist just transferred me to billing without an explanation and it went straight to voicemail. She was very unpleasant.

The front desk staff is not the most friendliest. Not sure if they just hate their jobs or that's their personalities. Their customer service skills are horrible. Not only are they like that in person but over the phone as well. Their are two of them and they must feed off each other's bad vibes. Will not return nor would recommend this place to anyone!!! The physician I saw that day was in a rush. She barely took enough time to examine the issue I went in about. Recommended one thing and that was it? No alternatives. They lost another new patient!!
